Yeah untill that 1 in a million chance change your whole fking life.......said by someone experienced.
Who cares
Your gay
I used this philosophy my self in a company where I had 0 experience, 0 skills but worked my ass off and two and a half years later I'm one of the managers.
Hahahahaha get a real job both of you
How you lose good employees to competition in one lesson.
poor baby.
Performance reviews are total BS. I stopped acting attention to them a few years after they started. Te attendance portion was always weighted more heavily than the actual performance part. I would pretty consistently hit double my daily quota, but I suffered from migraines so I would use my sick days. What would you rather have, an employee that constantly does double the required work load but misses up to 10 days in the year, or a worker that averages 50% with several days of 5% but only misses 3 days?
Wo

But maybe take a bit less so you don't need to throw food away. If you still hungry, take some more.
Earllyyyyy
Yeah Dorothy went to "Attica Prison" and it took them 1 year to find out she's a female. Guess they used this story to fuel the conspiracy 😂😂😂
Processor? 😢 its like u dont even know me lol
Or he could work a 8 hour day
Selling Real Estate is not a practise. Its the easiest sales job, but hard to get... My goat can sell houses.
Selling real estate is not a practise... Lol omfg.
Hard to listen to housing criminals speak about being a practice, comparing to law and medicine…
Lol what is this guy talking about. Is he an addict?
❤❤❤
Said a whole lot of nothing 😂
🤡
Nah. Widowers are men. Women whose husbands have died are widows......
Some of what Sophia says makes you think if she was involved in some stuff back in Sicily.
GRAMSTAS😂✌️
😆
I believe it Sofia was gangster
Exactly. Only Sofia. A real Sicilian through and through 😂😂😂
#AliviaRuinsGoldenGirls 😂😂😂😂
Right!
I’ve never seen Connor’s hair out of the man bun! I love it!
Ha learning Harrison is so much like me is insane (personality wise)! Love it 😂
I miss tipped jobs.
Justin Gwin shot me this comment on messenger and he is correct!! Giving review, feel good, the words you wanted were "contributing to the success of someone who has served my need well"-Justin Gwin
This reminds me of my hairdresser… year is 1988. Guy is AWESOME. Rents a booth. Makes $70k/year. Yup… doing very well. Decides to get a salon. Rents out booths. Has to take care of all the business stuff. Has to deal with the “bitchy personalities.” Clears $70k Yes. He learned to “stay in his lane” because his greed almost took away his passion. There’s not a thing wrong with being a businessman yet IF you’re a creative and passionate about what you’re doing… and you’re renting a space and you’re still your own one man show, that might be exactly what you should be doing. The thing I loved about him is how quickly he course corrected. Sold to someone that went to business school. They were partners for 2 year where he was a consultant. Stayed around and just rented his own booth again. Everyone was so much happier.
Lol he is so salty about it . Sure thry might make less but man the freedom!!
This is a great visual aid
I think you should go into every appointment as if you were competing. You seriously thrive on competition, you have the numbers to support your listing success and the customer reviews to back it up. So in my humble opinion, view every appt the amazing OSA Melinda sends you on! 😂
Alivia: your problem is how you see the problem. Harrison: those are some really nice iPhone pictures, so that’s cool. So many gold nuggets in these podcasts!
Dude , buy a shirt....
HELP THOSE IN NEED🎉
Where do you get houses at those prices? I'm sure the profile of those tenants are unreliable.
How the fuuck....do people take these kids seriously....lol You bought land! Paying you to do little to nothing .
AHHHH I get to make the DRIZZLE DRIZZLE comment first! Wahoooo drizzle on friends!
P r o m o s m
Easy everyone can do it.😅
great when its true
I like to chew the nails in my walls
hmm...
This is closer to what I need. 3 or 4 bedrooms, garage, open floor plan, modern, probably want more windows. It's just me but I am tired of paying rent. Had one house before while married.
