I mean they're right, Faction fleeting is awful, which is why Manjuu has skills catering to faction fleets, even adding new ones on ships like Amagi (CV) It's awful, and definitely not intended. /s Really though, I get through most of ALs content with faction fleets, I use faction fleets on Op-Si, I use a faction fleet in PVP, I even use a faction fleet in META battles (Amagi CV makes Sakura Torps go BRRR) Now, you can't reliably use Faction fleets in 14 or 15, (Though Eagle Union is definitely trying to change that at this point) but if you're tackling those, you should have a handle on what you're doing by now, at least enough to tell the difference between general gameplay and late game advice.

I can't find an exact explanation I'm looking for on any meowfficers explainer videos and even in the wiki. I'm looking if meowfficers on sub fleet when called, do their talents apply to the whole fleet or just the subs? I have 2 meowfficers with Flame's aggression on the sub fleet, does the 6% dmg boost apply to the whole fleet when called? and vice versa? What if they retreat, do their boost disappear with them?

I feel so bad being inactive, and coming back and I missed out on Marseillaise, and Alsace. I really like Iris Libre / Vichiya Dominion too. Currenly I have: Flandre / Richelieu / Champaign Jean d'Arc / Brest / Algerie Knowing I misse dout on Alsace, and Marseillaise. Feels pretty bad. SInce i use that group.

Props to you for explaining to the point and not a bunch of nonsense no one understands about the intricate details about the missiles. Instead you showed how to use it, demonstrating their use etc. So many other guides i tried watching are over 30 minutes long, and thats just explaining a bunch of bs no one cares for lol.
