Lovely Tractor, you got a good finish with the paint. Only one thing, if you are using it for field work, You need to convert the exhaust pipe straight up past the bonnet. Breathing diesel fumes can be dangerous. P/S, gearboxes get water inside them, due to the gearbox access plate bolts, not having sealer around them when fitted. Over the years rain gets in, surprising, but true. Anyway, it looks lovely.

Joe, just subscribed. Beautiful 3000. I'm working on a Ford 231 which is similar to a 2600, but used for highway mowing. Has a 730 loader. It needs new tires, fenders to be straightened and some paint. Rebuilt the Diesel fuel injector pump and injectors. Starts right up. Hope you make it to 1k subs. Ole Smokie Pete.

Yeah, the powerwash stuff has some pretty strong alcohol and polarizing agents I think. Should be fine for limited spraying.

You would be better off with veggies like that, just planning the seeds in the ground. They grow fast enough it's not as issue. Things like tomatoes and peppers need to be started indoors and ahead of time, not cantelope, watermelon, cucumbers, squash, pumpkins etc do better if you plant it in the ground from the start

If you hook a battery charger to a rod and submerg it in that vinegar then hook the blackbside to a ground it will do that in hrs rather then days.

Ive seen all 3 videos, pretty awesome to see where it started to see it driving again, I got a small collection of gen 1 and gen 2 vans, most recent pick was a 68, buried upto the axles in Missouri mud, which i think makes 14 vans in all now... lol I got a 65 in clutch rod repair process now, got all the pcs, just now got to put it back together again. Great idea, if your yard's not full of trees! Trees 25' ~ 40' away have grown roots "under" my planters, choking my beautiful plants to death! No way to keep them out, without use of concrete or other form of complete root blockage! 😢

A good source of free barrels is new car dealerships. They get windshield washer fluid in them. Washer fluid is usually methanol based, but it's easy to clean with some dawn dish soap and a green scrub pad. If oilfield is in your area,check with chemical companies. Find barrels that had methanol or biocide in them. Biocide is basically bleach, a low grade acid. The barrels I have for my garden I got from a chemical company. I've been using the same barrels for my garden for the last 6yrs and they are still holding.

There should be small whole in that plate to drain out any excess oil from a rear main seal leak or front trans seal. If you have no oil from the trans then you have a rear main seal leak or they installed it improperly. Also should be a bushing in the end of the crankshaft that is probably left out causing your noise. That also holds the input shaft solid when inserted into the crank. Definitely need to put in new rear main and a new bushing. No oil in the clutch section at all.

at 21:00 in your video, that large flat washer with the tab, that tab slides on the axle groove and goes under the first nut. The second nut, you asked how nothing is preventing it from opening again, well, you supposed to bend that washer in between the nuts forward over the last nut, you do that with a flat screwdriver, then the last nut will never turn for sure!
