Apologies if you've addressed this already. I've been petsitting for a while already but I've recently started doing a lot more walks. How do you handle it when someone passing by starts hyping up the dogs and getting them all excited and you end up with a snarl of leashes? My current client has 3 dogs, one of whom is a young puppy, and it's kind of frustrating that everyone wants to talk to him and he ends up winding everybody up in the leashes.

Can you suggest something that works in india for dog walker??

Hi Becky I'm thinking about going down the electric route with my dog walking buissness here in new zealand what im wondering is i do alot of driving per day with picking the doggos up and i do 3X walks per day 5 days a week how many Km do you do per day in the van? I'm not sure if a electric van would be up to it ive been looking at the nissan env200 i have not seen the Renault kangoo here Thanks Dan

Loved this video, very informative and I also think it is very important to avoid burnout - some really interesting points that you made. I would find it very useful if you explained further about hiring staff to help your workload, where to look for staff you can trust and going about the employing and training process. It seems very daunting but is definitely something I feel I would need to do in the future to not only expand my business but to protect my own overall wellbeing. 🥰

Thank you for making these videos. I started my own dog walking business (Valley Dog Adventures, in South Wales) in September and I feel like it's going well and I love it, but it's definitely not as easy as everyone assumes it's going to be, it's scary being in charge of other people's pets and it takes a while to build up your confidence, no matter how much experience you have with dogs. I also work part time at a kennel but it's a completely different situation. Anyway, yeah love how honest and real you are. Very helpful. Would love to see A realistic day in the life. Introducing new dogs to a group/ deciding if dogs are the right fit for each other. P.s- you're so absolutely beautiful!

Also one other question how many miles do you and or your sister walk a day when busy with a full schedule?

I would love to do this, i use to work in a boarding kennel and cattery, and currently work in a rescue, which i love and settled in at the moment, but i know because its not the best money it might nit be able to financially support me when i move out eventually, so i would love to do something like this in the future i just dont know where to start, and i would love to work with someone but its finding that person
