Yes know exactly what you mean as mine ended up shredding a lot especially after second session. I thought these guys were serious when one chap unloaded his car from a fully covered car trailer. Then walked into his Winnebago and came out in full racing overalls with wife and kids dressed in matching colour gear. Whilst on track I let past anyone that had their name stickered on their car or who had clearly stripped out body shells and were on a mission.

I was in the red 265 megane running conti5 road tyres only lasted 10min and a lap, used Michelin previous with no tearing just a bit of bobbing but on the contis tread just fell off so went home, yes msv kept the lotus bit a little to themselves, I knew something was wrong when I saw all the arctic lorrys being used to transport trackday cars!

Yes my tyres were normal road tyres not R888's so mine got hot very quickly and then every session afterwards were ripping layers of rubber off. What car were you in out of interest? It was annoying having the low boost map and having to short shift in places to keep on the track but i did enjoy the day. Wasnt expecting the track day to be co-hosted with a race event meeting, some serious people there on the day. Were your tyres on their last legs when you started or did they shred quickly?

hi was there but my tyres disintegrated after 10min, shame as your was one of the cars there I would have liked to have had a play with,oh well crap happens.
