Santiago Agusan Del Norte. If you cross the river and go up the mountain about 1 kilometer you'll find the hot spring. You can only get there by boat and foot. There used to be a bridge to cross the river, but it's gone now. When you get to the river, ask the people who paddle the bonca boats.
For the Boat ride you pay 2000 Pesos an hrs. Plus you Pay for Food also, there's no such thing are free in the Philippines. Everything is money money. They look at you with a dollar signed, and your color is green. So don't assume that is free, you might make an ass of yourself.....
