If you are fast enough when focusing with laikas guns you can restart your focus "timer" so youll have some more time to shoot

This isn't a bug at all, but it's called face-stabbing. Instead of the back of the player being the backstab's only hitbox, the sides of the player is a hitbox for the backstab as well.

Also if you dont have a reflect charge but you still drift into a bullet it does what i call a "passthrough" because the bullet/explosion goes by you instead of killing you

Alright how have i never realized this through my countless hours of gameplay till it was explained by you lot

that's just how jump pads work. they lock your momentum to a set speed in a set direction. it resets when you hit the ground

yep this is called momentum locking, you can do it with a ton of movement skills, if you were on PC we have an easy mod that fixes this issue. Its been in the game since launch i think, and its quite annoying, but you learn to play around it. Just don't use extra movement skills inside vents and geysirs that push you until you land, this includes stuff like Artificer floating/boost, Commando roll/dash, Bandits stealth skill, etc.
