what a clean ass honda, and thanks man im doing mine too!
Thanks bro
I just did mine the other day, recharged with R-134a, not R-1234yf, works good too. Do your wallet a favor, the only reason they were switched to the new stuff is because the patent for R-134a ran out and honeywell lobbied the gov to force the adoption of their new proprietary refrigerant. Thats the only reason, the system is backwards compatible and actually the gases are made to be interchangeable. They wont tell you that tho and techincally its illegal to do for a shop but not for you as the owner.
Thank you for this video! Just saved me $300+ bucks !!
Glad I could help!
I love vids like this. Straight to the point, clear, high volume. No unnecessary yipyap
Does it work for a 2020 honda civic sport hatchback
So where exactly the number is should stop at in the green?
Do you charge/ fill up with car running or off thanks
I filled mine to the blue section in the gauge but it's cold now..I hope I didn't over fill it tho🤔
Flawless. Thanks. Worked awesome
Thank you so much !!!
Great video, thanks! My 2016 Civic just started blowing hot air...not bad for 115k miles.
Will it work for fk8 type r
Thank you for the video! I was just wondering if it’s the same steps for a 2022 civic? It’s the 11th gen but I haven’t been able to find a video on it since it’s a “new” car.
Thanks for video! It was very helpful for a single for now😉 women!
thank you for helping me save money bro god bless i hope youre doing good!
Worked great! Clear, understandable instructions. Thanks!!!
👍
Excellent video!! Even I can understand how to do this 👏🏻🤗
How long does this last bro?

Just finished this for $65 and 15 minutes. Ice cold. Thank you man!
Do you leave the car running the whole time
@@Sim-fu420yes along with the ac
Ahorita vuelvo iré en el autozone gracias y se que va funcionar
How long did the charge last?
still cold for me since the vid bro
Short, concise, info-packed, to-the-point; good audio, visuals, and easily understood commentary. The definition of a perfect DIY instructional video. I've done this before on my 96 Civic but about to do it on my 'new' 2016, and wanted to make sure the method was the same. Thanks a ton sir, and great work!
Thanks. Is your car's engine on while recharging?
Hey, I had a quick question. I was driving and out of nowhere my ac started to blow hot air out and the circulation button turned off. Will this video help me? Different shops are telling me different things and they might overcharge me because I am a girl and dont know anything about cars, I did go to school for a little for automotive. But I am trying to save some money. Please comment back to me as soon as possible!
What wheels on the red one?
Quick and simple, thanks bro
49ERS BABY!! Thanks for the video!!
There's a TSB (23-039) for 10th Gen Honda Civics for bad compressors. Honda has extended the warranty on them from 3 to 10 years. Before you start doing any home DIY work on your 10th Gen I recommend first calling your Honda dealership and giving them your VIN to see if your vehicle is covered under the TSB. If your vehicle is covered and the compressor is not damaged from some other reason, Honda will repair your compressor for free.
And the condensers, as well. Both are covered under warranty.
what stereo screen is that on the red civic?
I just di this and it works. thank you for you video
Is anybody experiencing a hissing sound for a few sec after you turn on the ac?
Went to autozone to buy a bottle to recharge and they were charging me 200 because it uses a synthetic material… I was like yeah I’m good I’ll wait
Just saved me 400$ bro thank you , AC is kicking cold ! PS , if driver side is blowing warm it’s most likely low on Freon
I just did rn really works thanks bro
H cable is for?
Does this work for a 2020 Honda civic sport as well? My ac works perfect just does not blow cold air, definitely needs a recharge
Such a good video, thanks man I hate doing car stuff and this makes it wasy
Shops are quick to point out that you need a new compressor/condenser, without even trying to check fuses, relay or refrigerant levels. I just did this on our Honda Accord. If you have enough pressure in the system, your compressor clutch should come on. I's start by checking the fuses first. it's the easiest part, if you don't hear the compressor clutch clicking on & off, check the relay in your fuse box, then check the low pressure tube, if it's cold, you have refrigerant in it, lastly check to ensure it's in the green. If the tube is warm or room temp, you might just need to add refrigerant, so the pressure switch can turn on your compressor. If you have no refrigerant in the system, your compressor will not engage. When the engine is running and you are watching the gauge, you will see the needle jump up and down as the compressor clutch switches on & off, at which point you are good to go and your A/C should blow cold.
The AC system is a sealed system. If you need refrigerant you HAVE a leak. Simple as that.
Your title is wrong buddy. it is USB C to Magsafe 2 connector cable. Not the other way round
Easy steps and straight to the point, thanks for the video!
Did it use the whole can?
Hey giovanny how long will it be cool for? Does it last all summer?
What coilover and camber setup for the black civic?? Please
