@@nelsonmilitia4481 if the can is gated, thats trespassing and breaking and entering., if you enter the dumpster that is theft and breaking and entering., it is the property of the store until it is picked up and then when dumped it is the property of the town or state depending where its dumped. trespassing is not the 2nd offense i can trespass you immediately by saying you are not welcome here get off my property. by you stating what you have said in this video and someone else does these actions you could be held accountable for their actions. now. good day sir.

If a store throws trash away - they wrote it off on their taxes - it's no longer in their possession - it is fair game to anyone that wants it The argument can be made that the trash company is in possession now - but I've never heard of a trash company complaining about trash pickers Most dumpsters around certain businesses are gated - just because the city has a ordinance to hide the dumpsters - if businesses choose to lock through dumpster for some stupid reason - in my opinion it's not even worth going there to look in the dumpster Again why do you guys want to protect trash so much - if a business throws something good away, and they get mad at someone getting and out of the dumpster - it sounds like the business should have not threw it away
