I'm a Barberton native. Born and raised for 19 years there. Joined the Navy, now I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast. I miss my hometown. I enjoy visiting it, but sorry, I wouldn't want to live there again.

I hate this garbage fire of a city with its poor education drug use and lack of jobs. But good job using the fall season to make it look pretty from a distance. I did notice that all of the video was from downtown the only place Barberton spends money never mind the rest of the streets that look like garbage full of sex offenders and drug users.

I told a customer of mine in a taxi one time, "I'd never make a 'good' racist. The first lovely, sweet person from the race I met that I supposedly didn't like would blow up my whole theory". Here's proof! LOVE this Dude!

I absolutely love living here in this city! Moved away for a job opportunity in the 90's and, lived in Columbus for over 20 years and moved back! There is something about this city that gets in your blood somehow! We have a really good Mayor and a great police and fire department! I feel safe living here and I love all my neighbors! I am proud to call Barberton my home! Lake Anna is a big plus to have here! I love sitting by the water and watching the swans patrol their lake! It's peaceful and beautiful!
