Honda Trx250ex rebuild
Rebuild on a 2001 trx250ex quad. sometimes the clutch in these motors will let loose. Unfortunetly for this one it shot the bolts straight out of the case. new bottom end and piston and its ready to go.

If you need your engine rebuilt contact me @ mbenginerepair.com In this video I rebuilt a 2005 crf150f top end with a new set of rings and valves as well as a timing chain. Cylinder head bolts: 24ft/lbs Valves (intake): .003 Valves (exhaust): .005
It would of been nice to see the order they go
You take out lifter buckets to prelube them yet no oil on head bolt washers or nuts and no torque wrench or assembly lube on push rods.

Thank you for this video. My grandson and I installed a new cylinder, piston, wrist pin and rings this morning. I set the valves as shown, cam lobes down after timing it and adjusting the chain tensioner. So much good useful information! I have a shop manual too, but the video shows it better. You did a good job.
Can you do a more in depth video i have a 125f the flywheel is similar jsut trying to figure out how to take the bolt off and put it back on with the fly wheel puller
I need a new lower and top end rebuild for 06 trx250ex any suggestions or recommendations on where I can order a new engine or have it rebuilt?

Best video I've seen on the valve adjustment process. And great step by step instructions. Only thing missing are torque values and bolt patterns. But easy to find those
