Very Nice to Meet y’all! (Self Introduction)
If you want that battery to get you out of a pinch one day I recommend you stop leaning 900 lbs into it (especially in a small point)😭😭
Also you lift with your legs not your back, you’ll hurt yourself. Just keep back straight
I just used the battery as an example of something I would use size wise, I think it would snap in half if I tried using it 😂, and yes always lift with legs, got enough back problems as is
Mr SanTrillyPDubb is back!! Let’s keep these motovlogs coming bro! You got some real potential to blow up with it! Let’s see some wheelies and burnouts bro!! 🤟😬
You already know!
Heck ya, i also have a '04 vtx 1300 looks just like yours and it's an absolute reliable stud, I've never had any issues with it for the years I've owned it
these bikes are great, don’t ever see a reason not to have one in the stable
First bikes are commonly cruisers. Unless you come a dirt bike background, then it's typically a sport or adventure bikes. Doesn't matter. Make sure you can physically handle the bike and ride safe. Also, don't be in love with your first bike, you're gonna drop it. Like your first car, the door dings will happen. I do see women/girls buying their first bike based on what their boyfriend or husband rides. If you are new to riding and your riding partner is experienced, you need to be in front. It's too tempting to try and keep up with an experienced rider. TH-cam is full of fails and serious crashes that prove the point. New or experienced, regardless of age or gender, ride to your own ability. New riders will get there with time.
@@austingrrr5191 I agree, always ride your own ride! i tend to ride in the back of group rides since I usually enjoy taking my time most 🙂
Nice one bro! Let’s see that food next time tho G! Give us a review of how it was lol 😂 well take care and hope you put out more content soon! 🤟😬
For sure!!
Yoooo you rode 2 bikes at once? What a savage!! I did it once with my cars! I drove one a block away then ran back to get the other and so on! This was in Oakland ca back wen I was about 17yo. I think back now and I laugh at my stupidity! 😂😂😂😂
New to them. Got a gl1500 3 months ago. Put 5500 miles on it. Big bikes are the best! Great video. Greenbay here!
@@djtomtrain2015 rode out to Oneida the other day!! I really want to get my hands on a old 1500, beautiful time capsule of a bike, thanks!
Thanks for the great tip mr *PDubSanTrilly!* ❤
People that say cruisers are a slow bike must have never heard of the Honda Magna or the Yamaha V-max. Any body that says those bikes are slow has no idea what they are talking about. I've got an 83 Honda VF 750( V45) and that thing is meant to do over 200 kph( I'm in Oz hence the kph ). I've never done anywhere near that as I value my licence to much and the fines are very big here.
I got to try a 91 V-Max, and that thing is a ton of fun! A V-max is definitely in my dream garage- I love the old Hondas! I was looking at a cbx the other day- my wallet could never! They’re like $25,000 here. Ride safe!
Bro record the food, coffee and snack stops! Hahaha food is awesome and a vital part of traveling… ❤
Next time! I will
Imma call you *PDubbTrillyGo* *SanTrillyPDz* 😂 well something like that! Dope video btw! ❤
Thanks 😅
Nice!
Dope!
Cruisers are based. I fucking LOVE cruisers.
Cruisers are based? 😂
cruisers are very based
@@pearlwoodsinc definitely don’t want no “WOKE* bikes right? 😂
Im 26 now, started ridibg at 20, and have been on cruisers since i started. I have a 23 harkey roadglide, and i love it. I believe part of getting the cruiser as a younger person also has to do with what you grew up around. Also i hope theres good riding in the chicago area as i may be movibg tgat direction around tge new year
The riding here is amazing! At least, the people 😂 we all ride out here, you’ll find a ton of good groups. Two wheels up!
I did the same thing. Only I started riding at 44. Cruisers are awesome and so comfortable.
Yes they are! Always will have one in the stable.
I’m 21 too and just got a cruiser as my first bike last month, 2005 Honda Shadow 750 for $1,800, garage kept great condition with 13k miles from fb marketplace. Price is def one of the best benefits for some cruisers, especially for younger riders
I am a huge fan of the shadow as well! Unbelievable amount of aftermarket potential. FB marketplace is a great place to find a starter bike, and cruisers have a better chance of being sold “as described” due to the older demographic usually selling them.
Great points bud! The only thing that matters i wether or not you like the bike. Got an adv bike at 18 was a great choice. The heavy bike taught ne smoothness in corners (plenty of em here in europe) andallowed me to travel. I now prefer small rides of 120miles max so, as I dont care about topspeed, 4 years ago at 22 i switched to a supermoto. Now i will go full send and switch to a real 240lbs sumo. uncomfortable as fuck gotta chabgebthe oil every 1200miles.but they are fun. On european streets it is the most fun you can have and they arevthe tool for wheelies jumps and slides :D in the states i'd probably own something comfy as well
that’s awesome! Always wanted to try out a supermoto, I haven’t had much experience with the taller do-it-all bikes yet but they seem like a great endgame choice
Same age as you and I’m in a different world of motorcycles but I’m looking to get myself a second bike easier on the back it’ll definitely be a cruiser this time
yes! I started on a 750cc sport bike, and I already had back problems before riding 😂 you definitely have a different kind of fun on a cruiser.
Posting this before getting deep into the video but as a 20 year old coming from the car world to getting a weekend bike, I love cruisers because I love crushing miles and sport bikes scare me in the sense that I like making it home from a ride that I just go to decompress and enjoy, I also love the classic look and feel of them kinda like if they sold a 69 Camaro as an option new today and for Harley’s they have an amazing aftermarket support you can build whatever you want with them which is something I get from being a car guy is wanting to make my vehicles my own, don’t get me wrong I love sport bikes but I don’t see the value of it for me on public roads anything two wheels is dangerous but I don’t need the ability to go 100mph in first gear on the street on top of that, stay safe man!
yes!!! I came from sport bikes, and they have fun times that come with them as well, but I quickly learned that I was more of a fan of adventuring and getting to go at my own pace, anyway! Work is stressful enough, no need to fly around the highways after I get off 😂
hope to see ya on two wheels soon, ride/ drive safe my man
I hope you are riding with Full gear.
@@luisloya1120 full gear!
Nice choice! Cruisers are Great. They are comfortable and stable. Not fast? The speed limit is 65 to 75. These bikes accelerate to that speed quickly. Most accidents are because of bikers speeding.
@@luisloya1120 I am a huge fan of these bikes, like a couch on wheels 😎
Any time someone tells me a cruiser isn't fast enough, it just immediately tells me that they routinely are the guy doing 90 in a 60, and instantly their opinion means nothing to me anymore.
@@derek96720plus I know they aren’t built to get crazy fuel economy but anything over 75 and I lose 50 miles of range so hyper mileing has been my new fun thing to do, and keeps me from going too fast regardless
@@pearlwoodsinc I write a middleweight cruiser currently, but I'm honestly thinking about seeing if I can snag maybe an early 2000s ultra classic for a decent price. The allure of cruising in comfort all day long is really appealing
That was a cool talk, with lots of good insight on cruiser bikes. Also, the dog seemed very interested during the middle part of the video :)
Glad you enjoyed it
How does this do in colder weather around 50 or so?
50 degrees is great, with the underliner that’s included. With no windscreen, anything under 42-45 will start to get cold, with a front fairing riding around or below freezing is possible depending on the gloves!
I got my first jomashop purchase coming in over the next few days, I ordered a citizen. Hoping the quality is good, I've seen mixed reviews, but after talking to my co worker who referred me he ordered 3 off of there and they were all authentic; they were not fakes. So I finally decided to pull the trigger and order one.
@@stevenworley7904 They have been great to me so far! I had a Swatch come in and that was authentic as well. I think they leverage price with discontinued/ low sales models as far as the new watches below retail.
13:00 They are a sharp looking ride for sure. I have the NiU KQi3 Max and it looks pretty sweet when parked. On the road nearly fifty years. Trucks, cars, motorcycles, bikes, heavy equipment. I took this year off, sold the car and decided to stop and smell the proverbial roses.
@@Del-Canada it’ll be a great change for sure! Thanks for appreciating the video. It helps me with the downtown commute I’ll have to make once a while, fits on the train nicely
Didn't look like it handled the offroad(ish) parts too badly. It's a commuter scooter basically so can't expect much more on rough terrain. Nice video.
it does a good enough job for the price range! not having suspension is not the best for offroading. Thank you!
One thing to be aware of is this, "less is more". Clothing should be in a waterproof duffel bag or a case that can be mounted on the rack on the top box. Since you are on a Yamaha, you may or mayn't need to carry tools. A duffel bag can be mounted on the passenger seat. Luggage on the rack can make bike top heavy. If you carry a tool roll it should go in the right bag. Things that you don't need to access often should go in the right bag. Tools and things you access often should go in right bag, it's away from traffic should you need it. Electronics always go in the top box if equipped. Again, less is more. Been doing this since the 70's...Oh yeah, don't forget rain gear.
I definitely learned that lesson is more! I brought a portable Bluetooth speaker I never even ended up using lol. The biggest thing I was missing is a portable jumper / tool kit, since my battery died in the middle of Michigan and I had to have somebody jump it for me. Thank you for the advice! I’ll split where I put my items from now on.

They are available at Best Buy! In the action cameras and drone section, I think it was like $7
@@pearlwoodsincwhat is it called? I’ve been to Best Buy to look for it and can’t find it anywhere. I’m going to order online but can’t find it either.
@@scottnielsenndid you ever find it? i’m having the same issue rn
@@mrinjen9519 I ended up originally wasting money buying a GoPro buckle adapter as it’s the same clip but it broke fast asf Ended up going with ridetechmoto and getting their whole kit for my helmet. Search up your helmet model and buy the fully exclusive mount.
Congrats on getting a really good camera. I bought two Action 4 when it got released in August. I shoot in 4K 60 fps to make it more realistic while driving. Also I can recommend shooting in 4:3 ratio, then you can adjust the height in post so it will be not facing downwoards.
Thank you for the settings! I never thought of 4:3 , and thank you! I really love the DJI line of products.
@@pearlwoodsinc 4:3 ratio is for when shooting things that are taller than wide. The camera also has a secondary position to mount it vertical as well. if you get the mimo app you can open the camera in remote mode and that should allow you to adjust how you want your camera angled pre ride.
@@HDTizzUm I’ve heard of Mimo, I’ll give it a spin! Thanks
What sd do you use when I shoot 4k 60 fps mine lags I have the sandisk extreme plus 256gb
@@Key_Cuhz Probably your computer that can't play h.265 and 4K.
I always tell this to people. It's best to buy some riding gear rather than accessories for your bike.
I agree! I’d like to share more awareness for passengers riding with gear as well
How the wind suppression? Am using insta360 rs. It takes all winds noise
do not use the standard mic on the Action 4, although all action cameras have an issue unless using a secondary mic. I use a lavalier microphone and it works great with my motorcycle!
giant squid has a microphone you can get the 3.5 aux to usb C and plug strait into the action 4 and adjust mic sensitivity and get a wind muff and most wind noise is un noticed
You're the first damn person who actually showed this buckle piece of mount that doesn't come with DJI Action Standard combo. Thank you for that! All the other "motorvlog setup" videos assume I'm some kind of action camera expert and they can just skip this step....
thank you! you can buy those straight from Best Buy, the mounting is interchangeable.
This is how I have mounted it on my helmet, removed the cover for air ventialtion th-cam.com/video/MZGfMWsLnbo/w-d-xo.html
Kool.. I'll have to try a 512 gig...
It’s an amazing upgrade!
Do you have to bring a change of pants to work with you or do you leave the motorcycle pants on all day?
I was pretty easily able to fit a pair of pants under my riding pants, so I’m able to dress up for work and still stay safe! The Revit hurricane and tornado are good all around riding sets.
What kind of bass sound does it produce for 20 to 25 square meters?
when I’m using it indoors, for example, bass would be sufficient for that. When working outside, without things for sound to bounce off of, i would say a good range would be within the 15-45 meter range. Use case would be a big factor.
👍 very good
