I never comment on anything, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing your talent with the world. You are the ONLY TH-camr I’ve found who has truly hooded eyes like I do. And I mean, seriously, I have watched a lot of “hooded” eye videos and you’re the only one who has eyes similar to mine. I used to hate how hooded my eyes are, but seeing another Eastern European woman rock her hooded eyes and work with them rather than against them has been such a breath of fresh air. Thank you! ♥️ I know you’ve done douyin makeup before, but I would love to see another attempt at the more natural Korean makeup styles the younger idols are rocking now, as I really struggle to translate that onto my eye type.

And this is why I love your videos! I’m a former mua and I watch many videos on TH-cam that people say “I have hooded eyes” and they have literally got the polar opposite!! Everyone generally has some part of their mobile eyelid covered with the top lid, this does not constitute hooded eyes!! But someone who has a majority, if not all of their mobile lid covered is considered hooded. Partial hooded eyes are also hooded but are exactly that, partially hooded. Hooded ans downturned are the hardest to work with when someone doesn’t have a lot of real estate on the top. But they are all workable with the right technique. You show how much you can really do with hooded, mono, partly hooded and down turned lids and i absolutely love that! Hooded in any amount are beautiful, it’s just about finding the right balance for your particular eyes!

I love hooded eye MUAs! I _hated_ my hooded eyes until I found Smitha Deepak. She was the first MUA to show me how to create a new crease line. That alone changed everything. I love finding new MUAs with hooded eyes bc everyone has different techniques. It took a while to learn how to work with them (literally years to learn winged liner), but now I love them & couldn't imagine working with any other shape. Tysm for teaching people to embrace what they can't change. The very first thing I learned about makeup is that it's an illusion that enhances your best features/hides your not so great features via highlights & shadows.
