So the motors and power brick is a Lego Boost set that I got for Christmas one year so I don’t know exactly where it came from, but I’m sure you could find it on Amazon or EBay. I’ve always wanted to upgrade to a Mindstorms EV3 or NXT because they are more reliable but they are more expensive then a Boost set. Thanks for the comment!

Rockets have continued acceleration, that would be a cannon.
It’s a pretty cool device. We haven’t tried like shooting horizontally yet (because we are children) but it can get some speed
