Thank you for the wonderful recipe, but when you put it in the fridge overnight, the smell of yeast will come out. Other than that, I tried another recipe, but the dough breaks and is not cohesive. What do you think the reason is? Other than that sauce, does it taste like caramel or something? Thank you very much.♥️
@@angil-bw1sr Dear Argi, the smell is normal, by activating the yeast, it releases an odor, but it evaporates with cooking. We cover the container very well to avoid. For the other recipe that breaks, I think it is due to cooking. If you cook the mass too much, it becomes too crunchy and impossible to handle. It could also be the thickness, or the composition too crumbly. We always use the one I propose and it works. For the molasse filling, it comes from an old recipe, which we consider original, we like it, personally the caramel or toffee is a more delicate filling and that everyone likes, the molasse much more natural.. I hope I have clarified your doubts. Let me know

@ normaly for every recipe better rest to let the mixture relax and the yeast actívate, but can be use directly off course, just be carefull with the temperature of the machine and the ammout you use. If it’s an ice cream cone machine, like the one i use in this vídeo , take care of don’t press to much and controll the borders. We use to cut with a ring for biscuit before open it, to cut off the Crispy border, otherwise difficult or impossible to be open… if it’s a proper stroopwafel machine, no problem at all… enjoy

@@angil-bw1sr Yes in this amount it's correct: 250gr Flour, 75gr. Sugar, 2 gr. Yeast, 25gr. eggs ( 1/2 egg), 30 gr. milk, 125gr melted butter, 1 spoon vanilla essence

@@whatistandfor we investigate and try a lot of version and we develope this base on the original recipe, the stroop was made with molasse and believe me it’s working give you a realy natural flavor and amazing taste. Still in love with the caramel version, but working realy nice…

Not really, Persian n central asian invaders bring this idea with them, which ended up later in the northern indian subcontinent as biryani (not in hyderabad). From there, this dish gets different variations in different regions.
