​@@AmbientPsychedelic, you have achieved your goal!!! My son tore his ACL, meniscus and sprained his MCL in his left knee. He was scheduled to have surgery on 6/15/23. Since he's been listening to this, he no longer needs surgery. A surgeon stated that his knee looks "post surgery" and he just needs physical therapy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
