Not very encouraging. They should have been tested against ibuprofen or naproxen.
Only going to have to wait like a decade or more to actually afford it. They only cost 15.50$ a pill.
Thanks for the info and what dose do you recommend for someone without a gallbladder and without a thyroid. Not sure if thyroid is connected. But having gastro, fatty stool, bloating and weight gain since thyroidectomy, gall bladder removal was in 2009. Thank you any information. I will be grateful.
Ox bile is perfect for people without a gallbladder because it replaces the bile that would normally be stored in your gallbladder. That’s really it’s main use.
Poison u doctors almost caused me to die literally i stopped breathing i will never trust a demon oops i mean doctor again
0.025 and i could not function i was so tired
That can’t happen, we all have different sensitivities to different drugs. We often use this one for sleep especially in children.
Gimmie gimme gimme!!!
Is it difficult to get it prescribed from a doctor?
That depends on what you are using it for, what other medications you take, your medical conditions snd the doctor 😀
@ I want to quit suboxone and pregabalin. That’s all I take and a antidepressant
It’s mechanism of action is really interesting. I’m looking forward to seeing what the clinical studies are gonna say about long-term use for chronic pain.
As am I. Hopefully they will be positive.
This is great but I can already hear addicts loudly claiming that it doesn’t work for them and all that works are extremely dangerous and addicting medications. Now they need something to get everybody off of benzos. Incredibly dangerous narcotics aren’t the answer.
I totally agree with that but this appears to be a step in the right direction.
@ I think it’s great. I had a brother who was addicted to opioids and took his own life so I hate that stuff with a passion. I refuse to take it. I’d rather be in some pain than addicted or dead.
No Thank you
More testing needs to be done before I try it. Back in 96 when oxycontin got manufactured it was considered a break-thru miracle for chronic pain. Taken twice a day for all day relief and considered safe. WRONG......turned out to be a PURDUE nightmare. This new drug may claim the same effective results without addiction and overdoses but more testing needs to be done. There could be other side effects and long term health risks. The FDA is no longer credible.
I do agree that we don’t know all side effects right away with any new drug. But this one does seem promising. OxyContin was a difference story because it’s an opiate, and all opiates are addictive.
@@Pharmacist_Michael when will it be on the market
I'll take it. I am in pain 24 7
@from-Texas If I may ask how much is it?
@ that’s a very good question, I just looked at our wholesaler today and it’s not available yet but I’m assuming it will be soon. Remember it just got approved yesterday.
I’m taking trulicity.3 . Which I have noticed blurry vision and diabetic retinopathy which was not in my eyes prior to taking trulicity.
These drugs work well for diabetes but they do definitely have side effects. The problem is a lot of the times the doctors won’t even tell you what the side effects are which is why I always recommend asking the pharmacist before you start taking any medication so at least you’re prepared to know what to look for.
Does it matter if you take it liquid form or tablet?
No, the only difference is the liquid will absorb into your body just a little bit faster
Hi Michael, thanks for the video. This drug ruined my life. Was on it for 17 years, gave me akathisia and neurological fallout. Im glad you got off safely!
I’m very sorry to hear that. Were you on a higher dose? I was very surprised at the difference it made when I got off of it when it came to the emotions I could feel. I was fortunate not to have any other major side effects but I know some people do get them.
Intriguing...
Is there any cure for long term covid?
Not that we know of currently but time does seem to help most symptoms.
d also my diabetes
thank you for the very good explanation from philippines taking jardiance since i was diagnose in heart illness
and diabetes
Thank you so much for watching. I’d love to visit your country one day.
I love this so much and yet it only has 2 likes so long or the video
Thank you so much!
I have severe stomach pain burning my stool has changed
Gastrointestinal issues are very common with this medication
Oxycodone has worked much better for me, specifically on the long term. I was taking 90mg IR oxycodone daily for almost 7-years. When I moved back to the east coast in 2019, no doctors would prescribe me oxycodone again. There was no reason for this whatsoever, as I’ve never had any issues while taking oxycodone. My 90mg dose stayed the same throughout the entire 7-years and was essentially the only affective medication to deal w/ my post-Lyme disease pain and back pain, aside for the cortisone injections and occasional epidural [which I really prefer not to receive]. Pharmacist Michael, do you have any suggestions or recommendations? By the way, I’m a 35 yr old male, currently living in eastern Pennsylvania. I’m also prescribed alprazolam daily for severe panic disorder. It seems to be the only medication that has helped w/ that, after years of trying SSRI/SNRI meds, etc. I’ve been taking alprazolam, very effectively for 12 hrs, again without dosage increase or any issues whatsoever. Even the combination of alprazolam and oxycodone don’t affect me negatively, as far as CNS depression, etc. At least not to a level that would be any concern. I’ve dont a sleep study on both medications and there were not marked CNS issues. I’ve been evaluated by two doctors and UPenn, where they wanted to fit me w/ a Morphine pump, but that is not something I want at all - especially at 35. Morphine and hydrocodone are also too sedative, which oxycodone isn’t [at least for me]. My 90mg dose is not extreme and I’ve been able to effectively stay at that same level for over half a decade without and increase or issues [constipation can be mitigated easily]. My GP will write me a small dose and quantity of oxycodone twice a year, but obviously that is not sufficient. I can’t seem to find a doctor, in eastern PA who is willing to actually write me a continual prescription again. I always feel like I’m being judged because I’m 35, I work in the fashion industry and have tattoos - There’s no other reason why I’ve been denied oxycodone since 2019. Not only am I responsible when taking these medications but I’m very into pharmacology in general. It’s something I enjoy researching, etc. so I know more than most laymen about pharma, etc. Obviously not being prescribed oxycodone for the past 4+ years has left me ineffective at work, and in life in general. I have to find a way to be put back on it sooner rather than later so I can get back to living my life properly. As stated previously, if you have any suggestions or any advice at all I would greatly appreciate it. You seem to be one of only a few people that don’t completely bash opioids and make blanket false statements about addiction.
I was on 200mg of seroquel but was changed to Depakote for 2 weeks now. It doesn’t help with sleep. But I can’t tell if it’s working or not 😢
It can take time to start working
Does meloxicam help with fibromyalgia pain? Thank you

It is much better but don’t use it for high temperature cooking
Thank you for your infos, interesting.
Thank you for watching my channel, I really do appreciate it.

Been on Repatha for 1 years works great ,my test came out excellent no regrets better than my first wife
Can you take ssris and ashwagandah
Yes you can 😊
I take Clonazepam drops for my tonic clonic seizures. Works great.
That is great to hear. It can work for a lot of different conditions you just have to follow the directions.
Thank uou for sharing i am stubborn as well 😂 i know what its like to be a grumpy cat 😂 I would say to myself stop the meds & it wont be so bad !!! LOL i feel that my wd is like being on steroids 😢 I hate steroids !
Very well said
Why is he talking to us like we're 3 years old?
You are so adorable 😊 thank you for all the information 🙏
Well thank you. I appreciate you so much and all of your support
I took it and quit at day 10. I was two packs a day after 25 years smoking. This was a miracle drug for me. Yes i did have weird dreams and one night where i blacked out and was super aggressive according to the party guests during New Years Eve, but then again it could have been the alcohol that I later realized I shouldn't have been mixing while on Chantix. But I loved it and was thoroughly satisfied!!!
Well that’s good and if it can help you stop smoking that will add years to your life. Good job way to be healthy
First 😊
Thank you so much Toby!
Thank you Michael Any thoughts on Buspar as a alternative to treating anxiety? Is is accurate that UT doesn't cause withdrawl? Thank you!!!!
What I can tell you about BuSpar is in my experience it doesn’t work for most people. There is a placebo effect so if somebody does respond to it I don’t think there’s a problem leaving them on it. Another thing is a lot of doctors use it as needed which doesn’t work for sure. I have done a video on BuSpar. How Buspirone Can Help with Anxiety Without Sedation th-cam.com/video/KaaXpF7sbBY/w-d-xo.html
Works well for me. I wish it helped with triglycerides.
I’m glad it works well for you. There are things you can do for triglycerides. You could give niacin a chance
@@Pharmacist_Michael My Dr. sent me a note and said something about a low carb diet. I did not understand the connection.
I guess I'm resistant to hydrocodone because when I use it--it never works!
That does happen. It also depends on the type of pain.
@Pharmacist_Michael Dental.
I take both prescribed honestly together it works for pain when you take Xanax for anxiety those drugs so together work miracles
Be bery careful mixing opiates and benzodiazepines
@Pharmacist_Michael possibly and your right respect for the drugs prescribed is not just a responsibility for the doctor but for me even more but as a patient these drugs have made my life an actual life to love so to villainize these drugs as they have because of irresponsible criminal doctors of the past caused so much gas lighting because of the dear of providers knowing what should be done but fear of writing a prescription should not be a big deal as at has become it all goes back to when they engaged in criminal behavior that is ancient bad news however there is no correlation with the fentanyl crisis and opioids only loosely because of before with the doctors being responsible and criminal but drug dealers found out fentanyl is so profitable compared to classical heroin which was what filled the gap originally for so called drug seekers but who suffered and and still is it is the patient that lives in chronic pain that's the byproduct of doctors going to far left from so far right there is a middle ground my life is 100 percent better thank God even when I couldn't get to up to urinate because it was to painful to make it twenty feet to the bathroom and told to meditate that is wrong extremely God bless you all of you
I would be afraid to do that.that is scary😮
Not when you live in life changing pain it is a miracle the evil of needing it because a tolerance is built up because of scheduled drugs are prescribed is actually the a better response when having two weeks maybe Ortho surgery massive ones in nine months then facing another massive one in my back in my thirties with just living is painful then why live in agony do no harm I take gabapentin also and other things not just narcotics show compassion
How well does this work as an off label treatment for adhd?
It really depends on the patient. I don’t see a lot of it use ADHD but that doesn’t mean it can’t work for some people.
Lol scary Pharmacist 😂
This ❤ ! Have a wonderful day!
You too 😉
Okay another one for the recipe book 🥰 thanks 🙏 it looks so good I love this dish 😋
Give it a try think you’ll enjoy it.
Great video 😊

Also TMG is advisable if taking high dose of Niacin.
The image is of Citrus hystrix, not C. Bergamia. Thats Makrut Lime. Not Bergamot.
Great video, thank you

Do you know of any long term side effects of taking desvenlafaxine?
There are a lot of side effects. Some short term snd some long term.
Digestive issues is precisely the reason I’m refusing to take it.
There can be several of those for sure
