hey can do I fix it if I jammed it
hello. my mouse has a problem. It takes a lot of force for me to scroll
Worked perfectly, thanks a lot :)
Thank you so much btw if your using a g pro wireless and your scroll wheel stops working lightly lift up your left and right click and spray wd40 on the sensor by the scroll wheel you don’t gotta take it apart
thank you so much!!
Working perfectly now, thanks
While watching this video, I sprayed alcohol into the scroll wheel cavity. It seems to be working fine, now.
Thanks to you for this video. Your video helped me in cleaning my mouse and the mouse is working like charm.
Can't believe this actually worked!!! 100% 2024
WHAT IS THE BLACK MOUSE ON THE screen called pls
just tried this today... works like Magic!! you just saved me 40 bucks! thanks brother!!
I can't believe I just found this after ordering a mouse encoder online ughh, it still hasn't came so I tried this instead and it worked! Thanks bro!!
Guys, If you don't want to dissassemble the mouse, then I have a simple method, which helps me all the time. Just take your mouse, hold it close to your mouth, and then slowly start to breath out inside the holes next to the scroll wheel. Don't blow, but breath out, so that your breath has some moisture in it.
Thanks, it worked for me! I allready ordered a new mouse before i saw your video 😁
You have the worst voice I've ever heard in my life. Please use IA instead.
After much searching, this solution right here did the trick on my Steelseries Sensei Ten. WD-40 worked like a charm. Very satisfying. Thanks a lot!
I couldn't actually remove the wheel, as it was fixed in place and not easily detachable, but I did clean the wheel with WD-40 and a bit of Vaseline using a Q-tip and my finger whilst rotating it so that the carriage it sits in would get the lubricant, and it worked fine. Many thanks. I've seen lots of websites and videos that didn't work, this did. Much appreciated!
Worked perfectly.
jesus wtf is the bass on this video its disgusting!!!
Worked for me. Thank you!
This actually worked although it seemed improbable...
You da best bro
Two BRAND NEW corsair Dark Core RGB PRO SE's failed on the mouse wheel (intermittent), within 15 days and then 30 days. Absolutely unacceptable. A 9 year old G602 gaming mouse is still going strong lol.
I can't believe that was such an easy fix. Thank you very much for this! I save a Logitech mouse.
didn't work for me :(, Im in the 1% I guess
Broooo!!!! We love you brooo. Kudos to you brother. Saved me from buying mouse again and again.
The scroll of my mouse wasn't work at all 😂 not single move, but I work thanks❤
Thank you very much, it's very useful.
Cant believe some simple wd40 worked. Been using my keyboard keys to scroll for the past week xD
What if the wheel doesn't come off?
Just Spray WD40 in the bearing, I didn't take my wheel off.
@@FpsHavok89 I did that 2 days ago. Works like new.
Thank you for saving me from loosing my temper. BTW I used Petrolium gel as I do not have wd40 at the moment.
thank you!! it works on my m221
I need to comment that this video saved my budget corsair mouse. It didn't take long daily driving and gaming on my Corsair Katar Pro XT mouse for it to develop this jumping/skipping issue. Had a small battle with Corsair RMA department about replacing the mouse at zero cost to me (shipping included) they agreed. Within a few weeks the new mouse developed the same problem. Well, I'm certainly not having the same conversation with the RMA department so I tired this method and it has been a legit 6 months and ZERO skipping from my scroll wheel. I do however suggest to spray the WD40 into a bottle cap and use a micro swab (from Amazon) to drip the WD40 inside the encoder.
Thanks a lot!!! this saved me 40 bucks and a few days waiting time. Mine was a bit different in setup, nothing to take out, just the top that comes off. But thank you!! Have a nice 2024!
Thank you for this. I have saved a money for buying a new one.
It worked even though I broke the tire :D
Thank you so much!
bro thank u
I blew into mine like an old gaming cartridge a few times, scrolled aggressively between breaths and it worked fine lmao
Instructions unclear, i made a real mouse and the mouse now hunts my cat.
Thank you so much for this fix! I tried everything and have been dealing with this issue for over a year now. I even completely took it apart and cleaned it and it still didn't work. I was skeptical, but this worked immediately! I almost bought another one too. Thanks!
Works like a charm! Thank you!
Thanks, it hepls! :D
Corsair Scimitar (wired) owner here. WD40 works like a charm! I didn't even need to remove the scroll wheel for my mouse. I soaked a blue shop paper towel with WD40 and brushed the teal colored cog wheel that the scroll wheel is attached to, while rotating the scroll wheel to coat the whole cog wheel. As some other people have mentioned, using a proper silicone/grease would be more preferable than WD40 over the long run. Thanks Alwadii!
what do i use aside from lubricant..
i broke the wheel lmao it is desattached and idk how to attach it back
Thank u very much. It worked for my fellowes pennguin mouse
Thank you for the tip, works perfectly now....amazing
worked a charm 😌👌
If you got the Pro wireless try first to slighty open the Primary and second click then move the mouse wheel and blast air in it with your mouth
