    Hey Clayton, find your videos very helpful being new to DIN rail. I just bought one of your kits off Amazon, but I’m looking for several different color terminal blocks. Do you sell any kits with five or six different Kullas or can I buy them individually? Also, do you carry any mini or micro din products? Thanks, Mark.

      The product listed below is the least expensive option. We also sell blocks in 10 packs and kits that have 2 of each color. intconnector.com/collections/combiners/products/any-color-dinkle-power-distribution-dk4n-10-gang-box-connector-din-rail-terminal-blocks-10-22-awg-30-amp-600-volt-solar-combiner-1?variant=40966841598104

      The "mini" option is for 15mm DIN rail. It is the DK2.5S. intconnector.com/products/dinkle-dk2-5s-mini-din-rail-terminal-block-screw-type-ul-300v-20a-12-22awg-15mm-rail-pack-of-100?variant=40966797787288

    Related question. Jumpers on slim relay terminals. In addition the 100 pack of dark blue through terminals I bought from you via amazon I also bought some relay terminals, from another vendor, that came with jumpers. What I am at a loss for how to both use them and connect in this case the ground or negative for everything the jumper is placed in. In theory I could reverse one the relay terminal blocks and use the COM and NC connection points but that seems like a waste of the relay. I have done some googling and only found pictures jumpers filling all the terminals but no way to to feed power in out. What idea am i missing.

    • @internationalconnector
      @internationalconnector 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am not familiar with the relays you purchased, but to connect or distribute a negative through our blocks, you will have to bring in a wire to the elevator cage connection. This would allow you to then use jumpers to distribute this connection through multiple blocks. You mentioned a ground. The only other way to make a connection with a ground is to have the rail grounded and purchase our ground blocks that connect through the DIN rail with metal feet. These part numbers are Dinkle DK2.5N-PE, DK4N-PE, DK6N-PE, DK10N-PE, etc.

    Hey guys! I just re-watched the video and noticed I said it is on an 11 inch piece of DIN rail, but I messed up. It is on a 7 inch piece of DIN rail. The mounting holes are 1 inch center-to-center, so 7 mounting holes means a 7 inch piece of rail. Sorry!

    Another area is the powder coating industry. A lot of guys are building their own ovens and controllers with PID's and these would be perfect for organizing the wires.

    LOVE the inclusion of ‘June’ 😊 I presume that small square-crimp ferrules work well for individual insertion ? One thing that I have yet to see online is a Fully assembled unit (wires connected, incl. SUPPLY). I’m a visual learner, and it would be informative to visualize the connections. Great invention, and I wish you Success in your endeavor(s). Bye June ! 😉

      I will try to make more videos with wires. Ferrules are not necessary. Some people like to use them out of habit but they are not needed. Thanks!

      We can make a kit for you, no problem at all. So, you are look for a 30 amp block that has 4 connections all in common. Is that correct?

    What about the longer jumpers. Can they be cut down to size? So if I want to jumper 3 or 4 blocks together?

    • @internationalconnector
      @internationalconnector 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We sell jumpers in different sizes from 2-pole to 10-pole. That way, they are fully insulated. You can cut them down to size with cutting pliers, but keep in mind that this can affect the finger safety. I also recommend flipping those cut ends away from each other.

  • @jammieordiway1724

    I purchased a 10 block terminal, can I cut the jumper and connect positive to one side and negative to the other side or do I need 2 blocks

    • @internationalconnector
      @internationalconnector 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can cut the jumper. Many of our customers cut the jumper and flip it around so the cut sides are not close to each other. Keep in mind, this can affect the finger safety of the block.

    I am combining 3 solar panels on my RV. I brought the terminal block you have in your hand at the beginning of the video. Looks like I should have gotten the red and black one. However, if I cut the red bar jumper it should work...? Do you have a video of the actual wiring process ? Thanks Richard

      Following up of R. Davies question, If only need to jumper 2 terminal blocks together so I can make my solar panels in parallel connection, Its OK to "break" or "cut" the jumpers to be able to jumper 2 terminal blocks together - Correct?

    • @noelherrera3490
      @noelherrera3490 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So I watched the video again and it was mentioned that the jumper can be cut. Any particular tool? A sharp knife or cutter work ok?

    • @AztecWarrior69_69
      @AztecWarrior69_69 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@noelherrera3490 Your basic diagonal wire cutter will cut it. However the best thing is a thinner blade like lineman snips. You want to get as close to the "leg" of the jumper. Or you will have bar sticking out with the metal exposed. Whenever I had to do this I would try and get that part that sticks out and shave/tim it off. When I have it with me I use liquid Electrical tape. As an added measure I make sure to Not have any two cut ends facing each other.

    Can I disassemble these to mix and match colors? I'm planning on using it for a garden lighting project enclosed in a waterproof box.

    • @internationalconnector
      @internationalconnector 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely. You can pry the jumper out with a flat head screwdriver. You can loosen the two screws of the end brackets (SS2) and pop the foot off the rail. Then, the blocks pop off the same way.
