In this video, Raman Mittal, our co-founder and meditation teacher, talks about the importance of feeling truly alive or "beingness." He says that being alive transcends any physical form, shape, or color. He explains that the feeling of aliveness is different from just thinking about who we are. This feeling is always present, especially when we listen or speak. He believes there is a connection inside and outside of us, which we call the Self. Most importantly, the awareness of this “Self” is always with us and doesn't need to be searched for-it's naturally part of all our experiences. Watch the video to know more!

Namaste Dear Nithya🙏With gradual practice I am loving this Shikantaza Meditation taught by You which when practiced with downcast eyes throughout is quite deepening too. Today, I was aware of my mind working in three modes. Walking, road travel and air travel. The mind races in all three modes of travel which I could sense. But Your guiding mystical voice enabled me to feel the no mind state in flight mode for some moments, I could hear only the sound of Your voice, not words. I don't know how long this state lasted but am now feeling so light and joyful. Gratitude always Dear Nithya🙏
It's journey in blachhole, knowing unknown and not knowing anything, beyond words
