amathamedia I'm not focusing on the bad points at all as what is on offer here in Vientiane now is a massive step in the right direction even in comparison to 3 Years ago so certainly great! Emergency response does indeed involve risks however there are risks and recklessness and not wearing a helmet is the most basic part of safety you can do so in my opinion riding a motorbike with no helmet is simply crazy! What else I would say is even if a member of the team is in such as rush that they cannot put on a helmet is it really an appropriate message to put across in a film like this...
