Thanks!! I had a great time flying it - what a special place! I knew I wanted it to be super slow so I put that camera at nearly zero. I was really pleased nobody harassed me about it, but I tried to keep it short and respectful.

I'm so incredibly pleased I got to fly at two of our four US ports (I didn't even try in Canada - their rules are kind of difficult for foreigners). It's been so beautiful here! We are thinking we'd like to come up and spend at least a couple days in each town -- see more and fly more. Then take the ferry between towns. My wife has so much family up here, it's almost been like a mini-family reunion at most stops Thanks for watching! I always appreciate your kind words!

Thanks! This was a lot of fun. It was nice to see a good Cheese selection come up for for this one. I need to add some Postmodern Jukebox to my music library. We just saw them live last week and it was quite the show. They are so much fun and have such great covers.

Thanks!! I'm super glad these were mostly already in my wheelhouse. I was super sick all week so didn't have nearly the flying and practice time I would have liked to have had. The Vanny Roll, the only completely new thing, and that was pretty weak. But I'll keep working on it: they do look cool when you do it right and I'm always happy to pay homage to Capt. Vannover.

I'm loving this little quad. Lots of fun to fly, nimble. My only complaint being that it's analog. I consider getting a pair of Walksnail goggles for micros but every time I watch Mads Tech he tells me about some new problem with Walksnail products. I don't really have any interest in HDZero, personally.

@@Dorff_Meister HDzero is my least fav of the bunch for sure, a lot of downside for that one upside. And WS does seemed plagued with issues, but they seem to get them resolved. My bud has a set that he doesn't use because it was unimpressive. Hopefully they keep pushing DJI to be better while getting on top of their own issues. Competition is good to see regardless, and DJI is a big Mfer to try and compete against ;)

Now that I have more confidence, I'lll be doing more orbits. Getting the video down to 60 seconds was nearly as challenging the practicing. Thanks for stopping by, my friend.

Thanks! I always love learning new things and honing my skills. It should be a fun set of challenges. Time will see how well I rise to the occasion. Unfortunately, I'll have to miss at least one if not two weeks (on vacation with very restricted access to flying). I can submit a simulator video, but I'll get dinged a bit for it.

Thanks for stopping by! I've had a great time this last year learning to fly. There are tons of trails and parks in the greater Austin area for hiking, biking, and fly quads. And most of them are flyable and drone friendly. Sadly, the six Williamson County Parks and Trails that don't allow drones (illegally, IMO), so I/we tend to skip those.

Thanks. I truly appreciate it. I really enjoyed this location and being right to the reception was perfect. I only got the change to fly the one pack here. I was intending to do two or three to get to know it and have options, but just as I was landing a guy came up to talk to me about flying. He was there for the same reception, so we have Jon in common, which is neat. He currently teaches flying DJI quads and is (kind of?) interested in flying FPV, so we've been chatting since. Thanks again!
