THANK YOU SO MUCH I just spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on phone with Gilbarco help Desk and man didn’t know the 2nd half WHERE it shows up on front of the cashier screen. He had me do all kind of stuff finally I asked him to ask someone else and he told me to upgrade the service and I said no I’m sure it’s something simple then he gave up and asked me to call some service company
Hello all, I have a big issue. My ruby register will no longer give me the option of "reports." I called the guy who installed and he has not been answering and now we cannot print any reports. Any help, suggestions please?? Thanks
