However if you have a good cpi you can sit for placements, it needn't be the placements meant for SM students, you can sit for the placements meant for other branches too. Its because SM is a new branch compared to the other branches. However, with time the placements for SM too shall improve.

@@saisreegolla005 When you visit the institute's website you can find the list of documents required during physical reporting and in the list anti-ragging and anti-drug affidavits are given. You need to go to a notary and get one with a 50rs stamp paper in the same format.

Sis thanks for reply but I have an another doubt too , how can I get my institute email ID, in a mail I got they said I will be allocated an institute email id but how ? And one more ! I have done with the notary things u told me for anti ragging things but now they sent me an online website to get an online undertaking for antiragging after the completetion it is showing again the same format should I get the notary thing done again?

@@saisreegolla005 online anti ragging form needs to be done online. You don't have to get it done by a notary. You just need to register with the govts anti ragging site. Institute mail id will be given after reporting only.

@@mohanviswanath-77 noo, its not bad here...it's just that CSE is more preferable. It depends on your interest. ECE is also great but not as much as CSE. That's it.

@@dhruvjaisawal1381 the gym is in good condition. For branch change cpi should be above 9. CPI stands for Cumulative Performance Index. Its a measure of a students overall performance in all the subjects according to the credits in each course. It is what you get at the end of each semester and it includes the grades obtained during the calculation.

The things to brought to campus, I have done a video on hostel supplies. Kindly refer that video. Reporting date is 16th. Kindly check the website for updates regulary. Aug 15th programs will be happenning at the institute. You can be a part of those. 4. You can connect with seniors from your branch on linkedin and ask them your doubts.
