Hard battle with Mega avalanche winner and legend! Damion Oton! What a race! We had to start lower this year due to weather and you can tell from the riding how slippy the tracks are. Video cuts out after 20 minutes but you get the idea of the carnage!

Aside from power stages, did you guys ride the same stages as the enduro race? Great result, not easy lugging an e-bike around the twisty stuff.

congrats. I just don't understand your strategy - Damien is world class downhill on par and I dare to say even better than Hugo Pigeon, Killian Bron. Therefore, in order to neutralize him you should get in front of him before downhill parts. You had two great opportunities, around 3:30 and fantastic one at 14:45, where you actually declined his offer!

yes great race, but at start was not simple to understand that this was the ebike, it would have been better if you wrote it in the title.
Looks like that track for the finals had a steeper finishing segment than the qualifying run ? I was regulating my breathing sitting on the sofa watching that !, Deadly run Congratulations.
Impressive pace over the entire distance.that slush looked energy sapping. Well done Kelan.

Awesome race!! So exhilerating to watch!! What is the title question referring to?
Those dudes that don’t move to the side ! It is a Qualification and good riders where mixed up with slow once and the slowest riders of a groupe before that winning group where holding up the fastest riders not moving out of the way (or HOW IS THIS ALLOWED meaning the mix up )
To be honest guys I just think the race is insane! I love it! Sometimes I wonder how they are aloud to run such a crazy event haha love it tho
@@maddog8004 mixing amateurs, beginners, elite all together is why most love the mega and would never change the format. By the end of the qualifiers the best rise to the top and get to race the mega ,and those slower ones you see get the opportunity to race the amateur race . You also have to remember anybody can have a malfunction/ flat and will still try and finnish the quali, hence be in the way of the next wave.
