We had two Siberian Huskies and both of them were terrified of snow the first time they saw it.

@sandrakarbowski3524 when a double Coated dog "blows" their coat the under coat has already come away from the skin and is just loose. It needs removing to prevent hot spots and so they can regulate their temperature. Dogs like this will go to groomers to be "hand stripped" which is basically 2+ hours of them doing exactly what I've just done
She is still walking that the good thing when the time comes you will see it in her eyes
@AlfiePeters-pyro true. It's just heartbreaking but also want her to be as comfortable and the night before this she was so bad at the vets they offered to do it there and then. She's actually doing really well atm tho 🥰

@our_fur_family I have 2 greyhounds. 1 is blind and the other anxious. My first 2 dogs which I waited for 15yrs to get one. I've had both under 4yrs
I never recommend the retractable leads it encourages them to pull and you don’t have as good control of them
