A Night at Allerdale Hall (Crimson Peak Inspired Ambience) [Halloween Special]
Hey everyone, sorry for the delay on this video! I was at a con this past weekend so unfortunately I didn't get it finished on time. The one shot is also unfortunately going to be delayed a little bit further, since I really want to make sure that it's completed to my standards before I release it. Nonetheless, I wanted to put the video out for you to enjoy. Dont worry, I'll notify you all when the one shot does go up.

He was tall, with dark curls framing his gorgeous face. His bright blue eyes looked you and your snow-covered cloak over. He himself was dressed in all black, with a warm-looking overcoat to complete his ensemble. Perhaps you hadn’t been entirely wrong to assume the place was inhabited by vampires.
“The chill is quite bad, but I’m afraid you won’t escape it much here,” he said. His voice was like honey. It made you melt a bit. He was quite beautiful. Was he the owner of this ramshackle estate? If so…well. Your mind wandered to a dangerous place.
He gestured to the rather large hole in the ceiling. Thick snowflakes were accumulating in a large pile on the floor of the grand entrance hall. “As you can see, we could use some repairs.”
You laughed. ‘Yes, you certainly could. It’s quite alright, at least the wind isn’t as bad in here. As bad, mind you.”
His lips twisted into a smile. “Yes, as bad.”
“Thomas? Who is it?” A sharp voice called out from somewhere else in the house.
Thomas, as you supposed he was, glanced to you and then to the direction of the voice. “Just a traveler trying to escape the storm.”
“Ah, well, tell them we aren’t accepting visitors. The town is just down the road,” the voice told him.
Thomas looked at you guiltily. “Lucille, that isn’t very kind. She’s nearly frozen.”
The owner of the voice, who you assumed was Lucille, practically glided around the corner as if she had been simply waiting there the entire time. The echoing of sharp heels on stone accompanied her entrance to the room. Her gaze flickered over you, studying your movements and look.
Feeling slightly awkward, you extended your hand out for her to shake. “Hi, sorry. I hate to impose, but it’s absolutely freezing outside. My wagon had its wheel break, so I’m afraid I’ve got no way home until the snow melts,” you explained.
She hesitantly shook your hand. “Hm. I suppose it won’t be too much trouble to share our home with you for a few hours, then. That’s some awfully bad luck, you must be chilled to the bone.” Her tone had changed from judgmental to sympathetic so quickly it made you suspicious.
Thomas put his hand on your back and pushed you forwards. His grip was firm, but not overbearing. It made you shiver. Or maybe the draft from the giant hole in the ceiling did. Either way, you didn’t want Thomas to let go. “Come, let’s warm you up. Would you like a different cloak? Yours is awfully damp,” he said as he guided you towards the fireplace.
Lucille eyed you again. “Tea?” She offered.
