Earl grey is a red tea also known as black tea to westerners. It is dark because of oxidation due to processing and aging and adds to the complexity of the flavor. Matcha is a fresh green tea that is usually bright and floral and full of antioxidants. While this might taste good it's just so confusing to me to put them together.
