Although GDScript is originally inspired by python, it is now more resembles Golang...yes 'Go'dot! It may be same reason that Javascript is originally inspired by Java but now more resembles python

Super appreciate that you;'ve live-streamed and recorded these presentations... but please solve your AV issues to ensure the presenter's laptop screen is visible.

Thanks. It's definitely challenging to take a streaming setup on the go. There's no excuse and I try to do my best.

the file ext in django is `html` for the template. where as svelte has `svelte` as the file ext.

What are some representative use-cases for this? What can these on-demand functions do quickly, both from the point of view of their spin-up time consumed on each call (I assume they have no persistence across calls, right, judging by the name "lambda"), and also in terms of how one would provide them with the data they need to do something useful... on each call.

A talk by Russell about Logic + Probability: simons.berkeley.edu/talks/stuart-russell-10-04-2016 Among other things, the comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty verification (5:42) is not based only on first order logic, because FOL is too rigidly categorical (too "black and white"), and effectively is no different than coding up a large number of if...then...else sort of statements. So the way forward was to include probabilities (the Bayesian component) into the model, which is mentioned at 15:50. I am all for introducing new audiences to topics from AI, but AI has a long history of its methods being hyped beyond their actual capabilities. Presenting FOL as though it was the solution to the CTBT verification is an example.

His model had a 70% accuracy using no statistical analysis of typical spelling errors. Meaning that this is not unexpected. 😛

I used a different approach with my regex: from re import compile regex = compile(r"\b(s|e)[a-s]*\ *?(\d+)" # season or episode r"[\: ,_\[\]\-x]*" # followed by optional seperator r"(s|e)[a-s]*\ *?(\d+)") # season/episode github.com/Almenon/reddit_episode_bot/blob/6463aaa5e279428e034271f952acc3650178ac91/post_parser.py#L7 No need for verbose flag, but the downside is I can't copy it straight into regex101.com. I like your method better.
