I think there's an option in script hook for rdr2 to enable everyone ignore where the npc completely ignore your actions.
,, I think there is already an option in the script hook for rdr2 where we can enable an option called everyone ignore. By enabling this we can make the npc ignore or actions. Even if we aim to an npc they will just draw a gun but never shoot or aim towards us.

Thanks! 😀 I use the smallest reticle that u can change in Game settings. To disable hitmarkers and circle i use Rampage trainer. Bullets can miss sometimes tho without having the circle. Hope it helps!
