There are plenty online, type in 'pte free mock test' on google and use the first 10 links. You'll have plenty of mock tests for free. I do not want to give any particular links as they may be out of context in a few months time.

Your scores for any PTE question cannot be lesser than zero, that being said 'Negative Marking' is more like negate marking, i.e. for every wrong option you mark will negate the mark you got for the correct option. For example: If out of 5 options, you've marked 3 correct options and 2 wrong option. You total score will be 1, cause the 2 wrong options negate the marks for 2 correct options.
