That's all correct as far as I remember. It's been a couple of years since getting those, so forgive me if I'm wrong about any of it.

They call them single DIN or dual DIN. Our 2014 Promaster is single DIN. Newer ones might be dual.

If you order a stereo from Crutchfield they send you all of that for free. If you're trying to piece it toghether, here are those items as they appear on my order sheet. Hi. Removing the unit should be very simple. Just remove the trim ring and it should be easy to see how to access the screws. I wish I could remember more specifically but it's been quite a while since we put this in and I don't remember whether or not you'll need to little U shaped metal tool to remove it. Once you've detached it from the dash, it should be easy to just unplug wiring harnesses and the antenna. Good luck!

It does. They are pretty thin, but sound alright, especially at higher tunings.

I wouldn't discard any brand new heads. I also would not sell that new snare drum for $40. I would however, upgrade all of the batter heads at least. Best wishes!

You say Tomato I say Tamma-auto. I've heard multiple Tama artists pronounce it the way I do and never took the time to make sure it was right. Sorry for making you cringe. It doesn't matter anymore though, because we sold these and are now equipped with Loodvig drums and hardware ;)

@@drumbox2900 That kinda' sucks that you sold the Tama's. You were pretty stoked during the unboxing and even mentioned maybe getting a second set. What gives? You didn't like them or what?

@@EarthtonesCymbals I definitely like the Club Jam's a lot and still recommend them. The only reason for selling is because we now have a partnership with Ludwig for all of our drums and hardware.

Hi, Jarrett. I pulled the parking brake cable over to the fuse box. I'm pretty sure the reverse light wire was integrated in the wiring harness we got from Crutchfield.

@@drumbox2900 would you be able to share which wire in the fuse box you tapped into for the parking brake?

@@jarrettupton57 , I just grounded with a screw. It was the only place I found with easy access to a screw going directly into the metal.

If you want to get control for the backup camera as well as other features like steering wheel controls, you will want to look at a Axxess Interface AXVI-6524 and steering wheel control interface, or a Maestro box. It lets the head unit get all the CAN-BUS signals, such as a parked signal if you have a DVD, and enables features of the most advanced head units. The AXVI-6524 also stopped my odometer from flashing since it's missing the radio on the CAN-BUS. Also, I highly recommend soldering all wires instead of any crimp connectors. An iron/solder/paste/shrink wrap is not that expensive these days, and ensures a much better long term trouble free connection.

I'm really happy with the way they sound. Especially the 18" crash and the 16" trash crash. We will be getting more soon. Excited about the 22" crash ride and a 19" crash.

It does. You can see the tom arm being put on at 13:00. That tom arm also includes a mounting point to put another cymbal arm (not included).

We highly recommend them. Shells and bearing edges are great. They stay in tune very well. I’ll make an update video soon to show how they’ve held up and how they sound with upgraded Remo heads.

Definitely. These drums are so fun. We've got new Remo heads on them now and they sound so much better.
