Roseanne Cash Austin City Limits - Season 19, Episode 1 (1994) - features songs from "The Wheel".

1993's "The Wheel" may be Roseanne's masterpiece. Her then writing/producing partner (and now long time husband) John Leventhal plays lead guitar at her right, with Larry Campbell to her right. NOTE: I separately uploaded the Carlene Carter segment mentioned in the intro.
McGarrigle Sisters with Ronstadt & Muldaur

I videotaped this Connecticut Public Television broadcast of a show starring the McGarrigle sisters, with guests Linda Ronstadt and Maria Muldaur., probably in the early 1980s. The video is a bit blurry but the audio quality is pretty good, and this is a rare capture of a rare performance. Approximate schedule (click time to jump to song): Band introductions 1:35 - Complaint pour St Catherine 5...

Wonderful, rare footage. Great talent for sure, but Linda is the star. Thank you for posting!
Is this a Carter Cash thing?
Carlene Carter is a great singer this is one lady that really changed in looks though she really turned in to a image of her mother right now
An her mother was a very beautiful lady also
Miss Carlene Carter’s a genuine person and a real gem. This is an example of how ones surroundings can affect their choices: due to my being raised in Massachusetts, I never heard of her until her 90’s records. To this day, I don’t think that many of this state’s citizens have any idea of who she is. I just happened to be going through a rebellious time and listening to all things rockabilly. Dave Edmunds worked with the Stray Cats and was a member of Carlene’s husband’s short lived band Rockpile. I heard her duet with Dave Edmunds (“Baby Ride Easy”) and that was that. I was hooked. I shouldn’t have to have gone that far to know Carlene Carter. She’s a most energetic, most beautiful, and most talented, woman. She seems like she’s a friend of mine and I’ve never (never will, probably) met her. THAT’S a real gift of hers (and all other greats like she, such as the more widely known artist Miss Dolly Parton))! So sorry I missed out on so many of your earlier works, Carlene. Ever since I found you, I won’t let others be so deprived as to not know (or hear of) you and your legacy. Best vibes, sweetie! 👍🤗✌️
Just one more note, if I may be so intrusive. “The Wildwood Rose” is a great song that’s so sad and so sweet at the same time. It’s one of the few songs that makes me cry every time I hear it. For some reason I feel like I had to tell y’all that. It somehow cleanses one’s soul, whether you like country music or not. It’s that simple and good. What a genuine, beautiful, masterpiece! Jeez!, I’m long winded, aren’t I?! Sorry, everyone. 👍
Excellent❤Beautiful❤Lovely
What a treat. Thanks for saving this all these years and posting it.
I can’t thank you enough for uploading. The Wheel was my entree into contemporary Rosanne Cash. Such a winsome performance here. She continues to excel to this day with many fine albums made in the last decade. I have been fortunate enough to see her twice at the Stoughton (Wis) Opera House and feel blessed to have witnessed her inspiring performances.
😍🤩🥰🤠🥳🥳🥳
Two of my all time favorite artists Carlene and Big Al in one great-ass band. Such a time!
I Fell In Love with Carlene's infectious alt-country-rock back in the day and I've been listening to her ever since. I remember this ACL performance like it was yesterday. I'm still listening cuz I Fell In Love!!!
Yes,I fell in love soon as I heard that clear powerful voice with many good songs with a great beat and band. When I seen the name I wondered if she was related to J Cash. She’s on my U tube public playlist.❤
Hats off to this Lady... 74 yo male here, and she gets me rocking every time. Thanks.
Carlene was amazing. Personality, talent, obviously the good looks. Biggest mistake was hooking up with Howie Epstein. Glad she's still with us.
Excellent music. I knew about Carlene's music in 1990. I love her music.
On🔥the entire show.
This was a great show. Thanks for all the videos.👍🏻
You bet!
The 19th season of Austin City Limits is kicking off with a special episode featuring stepsisters Rosanne Cash and Carlene Carter. Rosanne Cash is returning to the Austin City Limits stage, while Carlene Carter is continuing the family’s musical tradition. I’m a big fan of both artists, so I’m really looking forward to seeing them perform together. Rosanne Cash is the daughter of the legendary Johnny Cash, and she’s carried on her father’s legacy with a successful music career of her own. She’s won multiple Grammy Awards, and her songs have topped the charts. Carlene Carter is the daughter of June Carter Cash, and she’s also had a successful music career. She’s released several albums and has toured with some of the biggest names in country music. This is a special episode that you won’t want to miss. I’m sure it will be a night of great music and entertainment.👍

This is surely Roseanne Cash's masterpiece - her writing/producing partner John Leventhal plays lead guitar. I have to disagree with the title of this video, though. The correct title should be "Rosanne Cash Austin City Limits - Season 19, Episode 1 (1994)".👍
Thank you, I just made that correction. I assume that the show was performed in July 1993, based only on someone else's titling of this show.
One more song the radio won’t like Is the title
❤️
