Added check for windows mouse acceleration and DPI compliance. Added DPI prediction (need to retest it several times for accurate result) - Changed the behavior of the buff manager. Now the bot automatically applies each buff with an inaccuracy of 5 - 10% of the buff time.

New version 40917 released: 1) Improved stability 2) Sensitivity setting has been replaced by direct DPI input. The slider was not suitable since the DPI may not be a multiple of 800(standart rasp pi DPI). Should also help with accuracy on virtual machines
