We have gone to the vet several times over the years due to my cat having this skin condition started in ears. They gave me an eye drop shot, shampoo it didn't work after this resent diagnoses of diabetes, only got worse then told me to get another medicine with Mal-A-ket in it. This has still getting worse and mainly they were concerned about his newly diagnosed diabetec diagnose not so much he went from a long curly white haired cat to a bawled dirty Oscar the grouch!! Ugh now I know why this skin condition spread all over is front half of his body. Is immune system is lowered due to the diabetes, he is already predisposed to having this , that's what was causing his ear issues it "Malassezia" THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO IT EXPLAINS SO MUCH !!!!

My poor boy just got one. Gave him Ofloxacin every 4 hrs. First 2 days were very painful as he would react violently when he got the eye drops. Next two days he would itch. Then last 2 days normal and rechecked on 7th day to confirm recovery

He had his eyelids tacked and We have been treating with 2 kinds of antibiotic drops, a serum, and a gel , each 4 times per day and he just doesn’t seem to be improving at all and just hates us now because of all the drops. Does this seem excessive to you? Any suggestions?

Dogs are carnivores and descendents of wolf's. It's amazing in this crazy world where nutrition experts say it's better to give dogs grains such as kibble as opposed to it's natural food, meat and bones which they have ate for millions of years till the last 60 years. Some articles suggest feeding your dog steak in another bowl only occasionally because he will come to expect "human food" all the time and not want to eat his kibble. LMAO, well yea because the dog naturally knows that a pure carnivore diet will make him healthy and the real "human" diet will make him sick with all kinds of human diseases.
