Size are the eyes

Can you make a video for the crotch and underarm areas. I'm a beginner and having a hard time. I have tried to make two bears, and these areas aren't turning out right.

May i ask what pfaff sewing machine yoy have? Mine is quilt expression 4.0. I can see you press the reverse buttin in and hold it in, can I use it to quik forward and backwards??
