I was involved in an accident in a company vehicle,on company time doing deliveries. I acknowledge liability for property damage to other vehicle. No personal injuries. I notified HR of incident and they deducted $750 from my pay for aka insurance excess cover. Then 2 months later ,was laid off due to COVID restrictions. Now being sued in civil court for $17k . Repeated attempts to contact former employer for insurance details have proven fruitless. So much for employer insurance coverage ???
What happened? I'm in this situation now being sued personally and they dropped the suit against my employer and insurance
@@andthenwhat9603 at the end of the day, I notified the court that I was going to name my employer as a co defendant in the suit. Employer then provided details of insurance details. Suit was then dropped. I'm assuming that you had no contraband in your system.
I would pay any of yall who can give me info on this going thru something similar
