when I do an actual car wash I use distilled water. The trick shown here is just to get road grime and oil off the car before it dries.

@@phoenix21studios I mean drying the car generally. After a wash or a rinse I was thinking air would be a quick non-contact way of removing moisture? I’m guessing it would take impurities in the water with it (if not deionised), and avoid possible contamination from a microfibre or similar? I’m new to this and really want to keep my red paint in good condition- 22 years and she looks immaculate. Thank you!

Let me clarify. Do this after Driving in the rain. If parked in the rain, you dont need to do this.

Rain leaves water spots lil bro, some peoples tap water doesnt have a bunch if minerals in it.

The alternative to not doing this is having a trashed out looking car that needs washed.
