I have the same problem, even worse, the next door neighbor seems to be running some sort of military brothel next to me so naturally whenever a new orgy is about to erupt the gangbangers start showing up like ants to the point were they invade my spot in front of my house and even the driveway too: In fact one night when I came home couldn't pull in.. I called the cops to explain the situation but guess what? they couldn't care less!.. so after bugging them for 2 hours they finally decided to show up but not to cite the asswhole that parked his pile of junk in front of my driveway but rather to skip walk around the block to find out who the nice owner was so that he may pretty please take it away! ...On the other hand "I" just got cited for having "my" car parked in front of "my" house! so I ask myself; where is the justice I never deserve and exactly what is the real meaning of what you see on all police cars that read: to protect and serve?..
