This assassin came from the empire where she came from and were sent by the pope as an act of spite. Anyway, yada yada. Ruby got captured, an accident happened causing her to lose her memories, ending up in another continent. Then, Lant found her a few weeks after her capture in an auction where she was renamed "Sierra". He bought her, made her his wife and here's the twist... "Sierra" or Ruby was already pregnant with Roxanne and her brother. This is why Lant is hard on those two the most. Meanwhile, Izek was left in raising their son on his own and-"There's no Freya married Izek in this AU"-at the same time, trying to search for her. Anway, midway in the timeline of Roxanne's story. Sierra remembered everything and this caused her too act a bit differently which nobody noticed. Anyway, she was still depressed and blamed herself for her son's death. She decided to get outside help, and contacted Izek. Izek secretly send some men to help her and Roxanne bring down the Agriche family. Meanwhile, Roxanne doesn't have any clue where did this help is coming from, but she's taking her chances. After killing Lant and getting together with Cass. Roxanne noticed her mother suddenly gone and at this point, she might still have some bitter feelings about her because of her brother's death, but "Sierra" is still her mother so she tried to find her. Only to find a letter, hidden in her mother's room. I won't go into too much detail, but the letter stated that they'll meet again, but "Sierra" wasn't ready to face her with the truth. Which got Roxanne confused. Then three months later, the empire where Izek is from (Osmania? I don't remember sorry) send a message to the empire where Roxanne is in. The King and Queen will be visiting to discuss affairs. And since Roxanne is part of an important house, she is required to attend. And who did she saw there-well Sierra of course, but this time she is Ruby. And I'll end it there, but the two mother-daughter talk, and yada, yada, yada.
