The most similar swing method to the HSS is Symple Swing as espoused by Joe Davidson. If you think there is an evolution of HSS then this is it.Slight change in right hand grip (although I don’t think think this is necessarily better than the HSS grip) and there is more emphasis on stabilising the lower body.A most interesting point is that JD states the handle of the club in the left hand should run up the middle of the wrist. This assists very well with keeping the left hand flat on the backswing.Maintaining a flat left wrist is also a must in HSS as stated by Paul Dolman in the HSS booklet.

Just came across this. Dead on. I’ve used HSS method and became a single digit hcp with it. For some reason tried to go more conventional this past year and it didn’t go well. That’s golf I guess- always looking to get better but usually gets worse 😂

Right - do not trust this guy. He promised he would repair my chimney siding. He said I just needed to be patient and give him a few weeks, but they would get it done. Now, two months later, it's much worse, water is getting inside my chimney, and I am still dealing with trying to get another contractor out here. Point is, I made the mistake of believing him, and losing 3-4 weeks.

We actually ended up running this one as a test case and let the investor file for a charge back on his credit card. Once it was processed, this investors had his full $2,000 back in 3 business days as guaranteed. Our program is the only investment model that allows use of a credit card. It has been the only "fail" within the program in almost 3 years. Nothing person but this investor is heavily involved in crypto currency trading and we decided that just wasn't a good fit for us. Nonetheless, all funds were returned exactly as promised but of course he fails to note that here.

Have had the Heard Super Swing book and tape since it came out, even Jerry Heard's swing is no ware near what is taught by the other instructors in the video....as with any swing you have to work it out and the Super Swing becomes (like most methods) very very hard to control as the clubs get longer..and a 3 wood off the fairway is almost impossible to hit because the super strong grip de-lofts the club so much you end up having to keep your weight back through out the hole swing to get any air...

First line by Kirk, this is my interpretation of the Heard Super swing... and if you fully watch the Heard video Jerry Heard tells you he does not do it the same as the other instructors, in fact Jerry swings more like Kirk...and Jerry Heard's hands are just like Kirks and his club swings open also and his hands release. So you tell us If the man whos name is on the Jerry Heard Super Swing Method swings more like Kirk junges demo How far off is Kirk??? Or maybe it is just Jerry Heard that cannot do his own super swing? EVERY GOLF SWING HAS TO BE MODIFIED TO FIT THE PERSON DOING THE SWINGING. And I have used the Jerry Heard method (short irons and driver and absolutely no way off the fairway with long irons or fairway woods ) for at least 10 years and have had 6 hole in ones using the method....

Jerry never says this is the swing he used, he says he developed this swing for his students to learn an easier way to swing with more consistency. And I can tell you if done correctly it works. Its single plane, very little weight shift and with the grip there is no need to rotate hands or arms through the shot. About as simple and effective as it gets!

They make it clear in the Heard video, that Jerry does have a strong grip, he doesn’t roll the club face open and close like Kirk does, and he does keep his back foot flatter at impact, he incorporates the 3 main components of what he teaches, and they show that he does in their video. The one thing Jerry doesn’t do, he never made a video trashing someone else’s teaching to promote his own.

Kirk says in the video that he does not teach the Heard swing and also why. Maybe should have watched the first minute? He also does not claim to swing like Moe Norman. His Setup for impact method is the best I have ever used. i lost distance with the Moe Norman swing, and gained back the distance plus 20 yards with his method. Those copying Moe will lose a lot of distance because there is no use of the feet, and legs to create power. Maybe good for those who are ninety years old though.

I'm not sure why you think Moe Normans swing would make you lose distance. I went to a Natural Gold school in 2001 and played Moes swing for over 12 years. During that time I maintained 5 to 6 handicap. I never lost any distance when I switched from a traditional swing. And my point is Kirk should not demonstrate different swing methods if he can't demonstrate them properly. I was a member of Kirks site and I think he is a good instructor but every swing he demonstrates looks alike. As for his set up for impact method its just his original single plane swing with a preset set up. If you don't think Moes swing can produce distance then you need to watch Todd Graves hit drive after drive over 300 yards!

People lose a lot of distance with Moe's swing because of keeping the back heel on the ground and moving lower into a bent leg coming into impact. No use of the ground to create speed, limited hip and upper body rotation, etc, etc, etc.... I gained around 40 yards with Setup for impact so can make a good comparison with the two swings. Graves is lucky if he can fly the ball 250 yards. i saw him a couple times at his schools and while he hit it pretty good, it was not long. He also had his back heel off the ground at impact. I have a video of that somewhere. One of the things that also made me move to Setup for impact. He does not even do what he teaches after so many years??? I never used the Heard swing, but noted that Kirk said in the video that he does not use it and why. He said he was not using it in the video.

His grip and weight at setup are nowhere near right and that's what makes the Heard Super swing work. Junge has misinterpreted others swing also. He does Moe Normans swing and lifts his right heel at impact, Moe's right foot stayed flat through impact. He needs to stick to teaching his on swing style.

Kirk does not use the Moe Norman swing and he explains why in many videos, and he told me in person when I took lessons from him. I actually went to him to improve my Moe Norman swing, and he explained to me why it was a bad idea and convinced me that his Setup for impact swing was better in just one lesson. I immediately hit the ball much farther in a very short time just by using my body more. Also improved my impact right away. Now I wish I did not waste all those years on Graves' garbage. I saw so many poor customers at their schools hacking away, and for many it was their 3rd, 4th, or 6th school and they still sucked. Graves even had the gall to tell people to stay off the course for six months to work on the swing. LOL What a CROCK!!
