Helen is here to show you how to use your foot exercise ball to aid in relief from Plantar Fasciitis.

We hope your nail surgery went well and you are healing nicely. Here is a short video on how we would like you to change your dressing. Always check your toe/ toes for any signs of infection such as hot swollen toe, redness, or discharge, If you note the signs please get in touch with your Podiatrist or seek urgent care.
