For jb, I regrip for the first move, then I regrip 8 moves later, I think it flows well For ja x R2' F R F' R U2 r' U r U2 is better, even though it has a rotation, it can be executed regrip less by doing a roll l2 U l U' which is the 1st four moves rewritten to prevent regrips
