Jason Gomez hey Jason gloves are good for all your training their made out of micro fiber so their super durable easy to so no reason on why they should be stinky LoL ...the good thing is they have a very even weight on each glove.. and the price is good too

Bernard Rossouw for boxing in general use ? Training or for sparring ?

El Hugo 16oz for sparring and heavy bag. Boxing training, can't decide between these fairtex falcons and twins. At the moment I'm using cheap 12oz title gloves which doesn't protect my hand against the bag even with wraps. Thanks for your help

Bernard Rossouw look honestly ....it all depends on comfort and price ...some want to buy good and cheap and some don't care they just want to buy something that's expensive .....but honestly you can't go wrong with either brand twins or fairtex ...but it would be best to buy a glove for your training only and a extra pair just for sparring ...so one major difference on these two brands (Twins and Fairtex ) is the padding and size ....twins are more bulky and fairtex less bulky to a 16 oz fairtex glove is wayyyy smaller than a 16 oz twins special glove and the hand compartment is smaller on a twins than a fairtex ...i forgot to ask are you only doing boxing or Thai boxing ??

Thanks for the advice, I'm doing traditional boxing I have very big hands but I really like the fairtex falcon gloves. I think I am going to buy them. I can't buy cleto's or winning it's a bit out of my price range.

Hyusmen Mehmedov for for the late reply ....the heavier the glove the more intense the workout or drill will be ...but all honestly I will recommend 16oz for all training and later on you can buy another pair of glove 16oz just for sparring only but later ....10oz or 12oz will be good to hit the bag but If money is an issue and your trying to save money buy 16oz training gloves ...good luck to you

Hyusmen Mehmedov honestly is all preference ....let me ask you some questions ...how tall are your ? How much you weigh and do you have big hand or small hands ?

Hyusmen Mehmedov ok ...well twins special gloves are good for people with small hands ..the hand compartment is snug and tight but the glove itself is bulky and the glove has a grip bar on the palm side which I don't like since my hand is small ....fairtex gloves also have a grip bar but their glove its self is smaller then twins and are more compact ...Top King gloves are bulky like twins but have more room in the hand compartment which is good if you have big hands ...raja has a bulky glove and the hand compartment is not to thigh and not big but I like that their gloves don't have a grip bar ...like I said all the brads are good ....but fairtex makes some nice looking gloves and twins have some good looking gloves also ....and are the two most used brands that I see in most gyms .....I use my twins for training and my fairtex for sparring since there smaller in size ...the twins are to bulky for when I spar I don't really practice defense since the gloves are bulky theirs to much of an opening when I block ...I hope this helps ...if the grip bar is a problem or you don't like you can find some styles that don't have a grip bar from Twin Special and Fairtex

Leather gloves wrinkle is normal thats a signs of good leather ...but you need to understand the time difference between you and them so that you can get a hold of them ...and their only available Monday thru Friday keep trying I would always chat with them I would have to wait for 11:30pm my time good luck

Hey sorry for the late reply...but yes you can use the new F-day gloves for bag work ...just get a smaller weight ..like 10oz or 12oz .

Ok ..these are two different. Gloves ... one has laces and the other one doesn't ...the BGV6 has a Velcro strap so that makes it easier for putting on and taking off specially during training ...but if you have some one to help you lace the BGL3 all that time ..than that won't matter ....the BGV6 has extra padding on the palm plus it has a grip bar ...I personally don't like the grip bar my hands aren't that big so with the handwrap and now grip bar and extra padding on the Palm the glove felt to bulky for ME ..I couldn't make a good fist ...the BGL3 and BGV6 don't have that much ventilation ....if your only going to use it for sparring during training and have someone to lace up the gloves go for the BGL3 ....but if you want to use the glove for both training and sparring ...then buy a BGV1 not one that you want to buy but it will be a better buy for now and after buy a glove (only) for sparring ...I hope this help ...good luck to you.

+El Hugo I was considering the BGV1 but they look bulky. I have owned a pair of Top King Boxing Gloves (AIR) and Twins Special Muay Thai Boxing Gloves and these felt way too bulky for me. My favourite glove has to be the Fairtex Heavy Hitter's Gloves Mexican Style BGV9 since it is compact and has a nice long cuff but it can't be used for sparring. Velcro strap is prefer since its easier to put on. Which glove would you recommend based on compactness? (similar to that of the BGV9 for training and sparring)

+Victor Lay like I said if you only want it for sparring go with the BGL3 but if yup want an all around glove go with the BGV1 is wayyy smaller than the twins and top King ..even at 16oz a fairtex gloves is smaller than a Twins Special 10oz

Also, how do the Fairtex headgear sizing compare to twins and top king? I fit a twins and top king size M perfectly. My head circumstance is about 22inches/56cm.

+Victor Lay ok keep in mind that all the equipment is hand made ...with that said you will notice that when they described the size they will add -/+ for example they will have size M 52cm +/-2cm ....this ( +/-2cm ) means that it can be 2cm bigger or 2cm smaller from 52cm ....so you can have 100 M size headgear and no two will be the same ...I recommend that you get medium if the measurements are the same as the Twins of a Size M if not use the +/- to guide guy you and also get one that had Velcro strap and Lace on top ..I hope this helps

I live in California ...that's why on the video I mention where I live and how delivery time might be different depending on where you live ...have you try contacting them ...I waited two month for a made to order item that I got a pair of custom made gloves

+Kla300 Gang it could be ...but if your looking for brand name ...then thats different ...name brand stuff is always expensive ...I have access to UFC Gym and they sell UFC brand equipment and is good quality and very cheap ..so I don't know what it is that your looking for BUT Like I said I found the prices on this website Cheaper than others ...they used Fedex as their carrier ....on this website the more you buy the more you save. Hey ...honestly this glove is trash ....the design is all wrong ...looks uncomfortable me on the back part of the wrist and the Velcro strap is right at eh bottoms of the wrist ...so going to undo when your doing clinch drills and your going to scratch your partner on the fact ....not a good design glove in my opinion ...good luck

Hey was up ...yes Fairtex BGV1 is a good glove for a begginer ...is smaller then the twins special ....the padding is more firm and is a good all around glove ...with time as you keep training and you stick to Thai boxing ...buy your self a second glove only got sparring ..good luck

+Yogi Yang any glove is good for begginers .....the thing is is up to you to chose which one you like....the reason I recommend Fairtex is because for the price your getting a 100% leather glove and is going to last you a long time if you take care of it ....+Yogi Yang either one Fairtex or twins special ....Fairtex is a little more expensive...any Fairtex BGV1 is good for begginers any glove is good begginers....the thing is all gloves are different....so what I've learn is ...go to the gym that your going to train at ...and ask around and see if they would let you try the glove see which one you like ....but me I like it buy something that's going to be good and last a long time ...for training you need a glove that is 12-14oz and for sparring you need one that is 16oz ....the Fairtex is smaller because the padding so firm so a 16oz looks small ...like I said for now buy 16oz glove for all your training and later with time if you stick to Thai boxing buy a second one 👍🏼

16oz ...is the weight you need for sparring...is not safe to be sparring in gloves with less weight than 16oz remember that ...if someone ask to sparr and you notice that the gloves they have is under 16oz ....tell them they need to get a pair that is 16oz ...ask your coach ....but 16oz for sparring is the right weight no matter what gym ..good luck

Hey was up ...sorry for the late reply ...I would rate this glove 8/10 ...is made out of a microfiber material like some punching bags and MMA dummies that Fairtex makes ....so this glove should last long and feel lighter I gave it an 8 because I know leather will last a good 5+ years and I don't know about this one but so far is holding one 😁...with the microfiber they can obtain a correct and consistent weight on each glove ...rather then having one glove weigh more or less ...I see you got a 14oz se ...use this one for all your training and get set that's 16oz and only use that one for sparring ...good luck ✌️

Thanks for the help. So far what I'm understanding is that Fairtex is trying to make their gloves even more durable. I love the design but feeling skeptical on the material. The whole deal with it being odorless and cleaner seems unlikely though.

The material is good and with this material they can manufacture gloves faster your going to like them I go to UFC gym and they now sell their UFC brand gloves with the same microfiber material ...but at the end is all personal preference ...✌️

Ok ...twins Special is by far the best all around Muay Thai boxing Glove at is price they will last you 5-10 years if you take care of them. But if money is not a problem then get Fairtex Gloves BGV1 ...they are smaller in size than the Twins and the padding is more condense ...so better for bag work, pad work ....so if you can or know friends that have both brand ask them if you can try them out ..befor.....where do you live friend ?

It depends where you get them from ...but you could save any where from like $10 or $7 like I said it depends and you would also get a flat rate on the shipping.

hello ...ok the black gloves are about $63 keep in mind the ounces that you chose change the price the gloves on the video are 16oz. The shin guards are about $56 also the size that you chose then the price changes but not a lot. The ones on the video are medium. Im 5'7" and 165lb hope this helps.

As for the shipping so that you get the answer your actually looking for,just go to their website create an account for safety and add all you want to buy and you will get a more accurate shipping fee. Like I said on the video every country and state is different, so go to websites create an account, check with your loco FedEx shipping center and see if they can give you answers about customs fees from where you live ,hope this helps .
