Its a great neighborhood. With all new zoning changes and new development projects happening, North Park is becoming one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the San Diego county. I love working there and our office has been super busy last coupe of years. We are still getting lots of sellers and buyers who come to us for their sale or purchase. Many out of town and in town developers have ongoing projects there. Let me know guys if you are looking to sell or buy there. We have become the neighborhood experts.
