Hi, when I was installing the new gasket I had to grind it down to make it thinner as the pipe wouldn't fit over the header pipe. I also cut the gasket in half and it worked better and fitted ok without any leaks. I will have more videos of fly bys and riding with it.

I bought this gn250 for 550euro and did it up during the lockdown . It was a lovely little bike . I did all the work myself on it and learnt a lot from this project .

it sits around half a inch higher at the back , its like a different bike now . so much better handling in every situation

Hello sir I own Transalp 400 (JP spec) and my front fork wobble as hell due to old springs.... so looking for Upgrade datas and is hyperpro full kit recommendable? I also need some ground clearance so need to rise a little bit too. Does hyper pro kit also rises the ride height too? And great video. Ride fun Drive safely
Hi , the hyperpro kit makes it feel like a totaly different bike . It made the bike around half a inch tallerat the back but you can adjust it for sag to keep it higher . the front springs with a spacer makes the front alot more solid and can ride it fast with feeling .

Could you share where you got this Arrow pipe from? My guess is that you're from the Ireland area and I live right across the North Sea so that's relatively close.
I bought it from ebay somewhere in the EU

This is the second one . I have a video from my old 96 tranny flying in the bog
now just don't forget to richen the fuel mixture, becouse otherwise next video will be called "honda transalp 600 engine rebuild" :)

@@scottyd024ya mine was sitting for along time aswell ill have a video up of changing the coolant pipes and sensors. My thermostat was stuck open and the housing was blocked with dryed up coolant
@MrDEANOSCOOLVIDS yes mate ,I had similar problem with coolant .Good job I checked it was dried shut nearly finished full restoration.

Nice video! How much lighter is it compared to the stock exhaust? Did you notice any difference in power?
I didnt weight them but it must be 2 to 3kg lighter then stock . power is similar.

I will make a review video soon , the kit is 100% worth the money . it feels like a new bike now . the bike feels so much more modern with the springs and new shock . it does not dive foward on hard braking and is alot stiffer and you can feel what the tyres are doing . the bike sits so much better and you have much more confidents at speed and better handling . it is worth the money for any 600 transalp . it makes it feel like 2x the bike it used to be

Yea this bike was a 1990 model and had been left outside for a long time . The wheels had alot of rust but the frame was very solid . It did burn oil probably needed a set of rings and oil seals . It still starting fine and had alot of power for a small bike . Was very nice to ride around back roads on

Hi , I think I used continental tyres . Conti go and I have used Michelin City pro tyres aswell . The conti go and city pro are fine for smaller bikes
