Hi recently i have purchased 1plot which seller of that plot converted the field land to layout and sold to me but when I am trying to apply for building construction in permission panchayat then i referred layout of another person who already constructed after he took LRS, then when i verified my plot details i found for suppose 44fts of length south side -he given in documents like 24ft for road wherein 44ft as south but per layout stating like 24ft road has to be widening purpose 3ft they marked from 44ft and 29ft as general space and 12ft as buffer zone like some gas pipe boundary related. Now how can i proceed for further action , can i have to file a case upon seller of that plot pls confirm either other availability option to get saved from it

I am staying in apartment and paying regular monthly maintenance amount to unregistered association but association management people were not doing proper maintenance like cleaning garbage regularly and eventhough they are not performing their duties, I hve complained to the association members many of times but they didn't responded now I am planning to sell my flate but due to this worst maintenance because of this no one is comming farward to buy my flat and causing financial loss and mental agony to me and also they are demanding me to pay monthly apartment maintenance amount if not they were threatening me that they will disconnect all my essential needs like water and power.
