Eyyyy kelly peterson is my moms name lol. I wound up here trying to help my fiance who gas been alienated from even seeing his child for 9 years. He got a letter from cps, he called, turns out the ex got a call on her bc a neighbor said theres a family living there with a child (my fiances son) n they never leave the house. So cps goes, the kid is 10 ajd doesnt even know his name. Doesnt know the seasons. She claims gea special needs and they homeschool but cursed out cps and refused to provide proof (which she is technically not legally obligated to provide to cps, just the school district) and i guess mom had a warrant out for her arrest so they arrested her and hence why they contacted my fiance. And they havent even contacted him to say they found him and hea safe. He doesnt even know his son now, and is nervous if they want him to take him vc we have our own 6 year old now.

I just want to say thank you so much! I have anxiety and it's alot of fear that I completely lose my daughter...that has now changed because of this advice given in this video! I came to your video because I am experiencing hardship due to the child alienation of my ex-husband from my daughter. My daughter believed everything her dad said... I divorced my ex due to a toxic, narcissistic, and domestic violence situation. And I just protected her to see my situation with her dad. And now, she thinks that everything her dad told her is true enough 😢. Evidence are presented in court, but justice never serve and heard me😢

It comes down to right and wrong. Your asking us to keep the child in the dark. They see all the rules being broken yet we can't teach them right from wrong without pointing out how poorly the other parent is behaving. Without guidance the child learns nothing. They are left in the dark in silence as the other parent sets out to destroy the other. It's all very very sick.

How does one bring actual due process and equal rights to family law?

You basically have to stay objective. My best friend is unfortunately doing this with her daughter and she's not listening to reason. Witnesses, therapists and GL both testified against her and she refuses to share the child, in spite of court ordered shared custody. She's accusing her ex of sa with no evidence and brainwashed the 11 year old into believing it. So messed up. Two lawyers had given up on her, she's on her third now

24:39 this is an excellent point about custody evaluators. So many do not understand these cases and very often get them backwards, even phd level psychologists. They take time and work Anna evaluators don't have the skill or time to do that.

Maybe mr. peterson could have a conversation with Anti-Alienation Project?

This timeline is grueling, but essential. This is a great presentation and this attorney seems to really understand that gravity of these case. Alienation is so damaging to the child and parent, and it is made worse by people who deny this happens. They are also cases that are time is of the essence.

My daughter is the Alienated parent because she turned in dad for physical abuse. According to guidelines of CPS, any bruise left after 24 hours is abuse This is terrible, my 12 year old grandson has run from moms house, he refuses to talk to her The paternal grandparents have foster custody, im 300 miles away The grandparents even had numerous marajuana plants growing on their property, and were td by CPS to have it cleaned up by Monday, the child would be returned, and instead of Mom getting her son, he was sent to his Aunts house, because Dad was out if town, but he may come back? Im livid, they are manipulating and destroying a good boy They have him all wrapped up in football this year, which is now a reason not to see Mom My daughter has been denied 2 times for an attorney through legal aid, a very biased judge who oversaw the paternity case, original custody order was 50-50, Judge signed 49%Mom 51%Dad Because her stepson made false allegations against her, was unfounded, yet her son was signed over to dad I dont know what to do

A few years late for myself but very potent information

Experiencing this with my husband (targeted parent) and his ex wife (alienator) and it’s causing big problems in my marriage. She runs all over hi, weaponizing their kids, blatantly disrespectful and he takes it time and time again. I’m sick of being witness to it. Action needs to be taken ASAP!!!

What I've found especially helpful from this video is your example of what a attorney may argue the first time a motion for contempt is filed and what to expect when someone is actually at the hearing. These are perspectives that most lay people are surprised by. Thank you for this!

Oh gosh my case is so so so SEVERE I HAVE NO TYPE OF VISITS OR CALLS AND SHE WONT GIVE ME ANYTHING, never a parenting plan or anything, she don’t tell me ANYTHING AT ALL. She keeps telling me to petition the court she knows I can’t afford an attorney. She has said that herself. Gos I’ve got so much proof I just don’t know where to start. Can you please help me please. My kids have reached out, behind the alienators back and they can’t show me love and they are so scared to even reach out to me. I finally had one reach out after 4 years, I front of hundreds of people and I havnt herd from them personally since. I’m waiting for games to start back to be able to just go lay eyes on them. That’s the only time I’m able to see them physically. I just stand back and watch. That’s all I have right now.

Gosh this is such a good video. It breaks it down so good. My kids are being so hurt, and I don’t know what to do any longer. I mean I’m just stumped on how to deal and handle this. My kids want to be saved but I don’t know where to start…. I mean I feel like she has been working way b4 I ever knew what she was doing. She was preparing them for her false narrative. And here I am a day late and dollar short. I just want them to be happy. And have all the people they deserve in their life. I just show up to games and watch from a far…. I don’t even try to correct her or them anymore. I just came to realize they’ve been living in this false world for so long. I can’t help them see all the lies are NOT true. I just have to work daily to make sure all these”lies”, are false and show it in my actions. And who I’m becoming. I do that daily. I just try to be a living piece of proof to the lies….

What a great series. I had a very experienced lawyer recently say that it's basically impossible to prove alienation. And thus, it's not a good legal strategy. He said you would need to be in the room when the parent is saying alienating things to the child.

I disagree 100% then what are we teaching our children? That bad behavior is ok?? So when they’re older and get into relationships the bad behavior is ok?? The cycle is just repeating itself.

What questions do you ask in the interview of family members and other witnesses?

It was easy for my spouse to do the Alienation of the children as she controlled the finances. I was the one that worked and made the income while she was buying everything fun for the children. At Separation time the children wanted to go with the Abuser for financial gain with the help of the Court system. They took the easy road out with less pain never to learn on their own.

This guy gets it. I just had a stark flashback to seeing my daughter's contact list when she was given a cell phone...listing me by my full name, and listing the stepfather as "Daddy _______." The ex even had herself listed in the phone as "Mommy ________." At the time, I really didn't like it, but I didn't act it on it like I should have. About three years later, daughter was fully alienated...
