As we all know, CJ escape to Liberty City so that he can forget everything he'd been through in Los Santos and finally after 5 years he return to his hometown 'cause he heard that his mother, Beverly, passed away.
Little did we know that CJ quietly learning a secret technique that nobody in San Andreas has ever seen it before and this is the chance for him to make Grove Street great again and getting back to the person who hurt his family.

Seperti yg kita tau, CJ melarikan diri ke Liberty City karena ingin melupakan semua kejadian yg dia alami di Los Santos dan akhirnya pulang setelah 5 tahun lamanya karena mendengar kabar bahwa sang Ibunda, Beverly, telah meninggal.
Tapi nyatanya, selama 5 tahun disana, CJ diam-diam mempelajari beberapa teknik rahasia yang belum pernah dilihat umat manusia di seluruh San Andreas dan ini adalah kesempatannya untuk memakai teknik itu demi mengembalikan kejayaan Grove Street dan membalas kepada orang yang telah menyakiti keluarganya.
