LOL yea my parents left my older sister alone for a week one time (I went with my parents) came home and my sister was still in the same spot, had not showered, and the kitchen and her room were just filled with takeaway containers. She played video games and was gross and lived on fast food she had delivered. Fast forward 5 years later (putting me at the same age my sister was left for a week before, so 17 at the time) and my parents came home to me having cleaned and organized the whole house, my best friend was camped out in the giant pillow fort we built in the living room, and I had purchased groceries and was making dinner for when they got in from their trip. I also got myself to and from work, and had managed to eat balanced meals most of the time. The reason my best friend was staying over in our pillow fort was because I didn’t have a license, so she took me to and from work, and I was scared to stay in the house alone so she offered to come stay. My parents were like ok this we can handle lol. The worst thing they came home to was two nerds having a movie marathon while arguing over snacks haha
